it was when I was able to see clearly the beauty of my existence that miracles began to occur and I was lifted to a life of blessed happiness.

I once discovered in the periphery of the darkness that haunts me pockets of self healing wisdom waiting for the day when I would see their light, set them free and begin my journey down a path of recovery.

yearn not for something better. wish not for miracles. dream not for ethereal rewards. let us not yearn, wish or dream. let us instead create, build and manifest those things that we desire most.

create for yourself a reality in which you manifest positive change and you will blissfully become an empowering healing being of light.

we are each in our own way a special gift who through inspiration empower others to embrace and share their true divine beauty.

I have stood on the ledge more than once with the intention of ending it all yet I am still here. I have survived because deep down inside I knew that I deserved better. I still struggle. I still suffer. my saving grace has always been my desire to feel and experience the kind of love that was denied me. I can say that I now experience that love every day. I can say that now when I am standing on the ledge it is to look at the beauty and blessings of the world I live in.

I feel great joy when I embrace the truth that in this moment I am alive and that with pure positive intention I can manifest miracles.

when love smiles the heart is filled with beauty and the soul dances with spirit to a sacred song of celestial bliss.

my journey is made more joyful by those who through gentle loving expressions of self touch the heart of humanity in rich profound positive ways.

I begin this day sitting sacred in stillness with love in my heart and beautiful thoughts cascading through my mind.

I as someone who suffers from a variety of mental health issues don't expect you to understand what I am going through. what I expect is that you accept that this is a reality and treat me with the same care and compassion you would somebody with a visible illness.

in your heart is a reservoir of free flowing energy that is released into the universe when you venture out into the world with the intention of helping others.

when I engage in those things that bring me joy I am better able to love myself and others.

every day I am touched by ancestors and ancients who together guide me along a path of immense possibilities to places of positive light where heart and soul live in harmony.

listen to what the spirit is telling you and yours will be a life of divine intentions in which you grow beautifully into the being of light you were born to be.

share your sparkle for doing so is a vibrational offering of positive energy that enhances and enriches peoples lives.

Embrace Wholeness Happiness And Healing

life is difficult enough for we who suffer from mental health issues but when those are combined with physical health problems it becomes unbearable at times. when this is the case I have made the decision not to bear it but to believe that I can survive it by making choices that embrace wholeness, happiness and healing.

this is a glorious day because I have once again the opportunity to create something significant, beautiful, blissful and magnificent. today is a wondrous day because I have yet again chose to make joy and happiness my purpose. today is a miraculous day because...

I was feeling my mortality yesterday and realized that it was battered and bruised so I took it to a place of healing where it was given a new perspective. Today it awoke with a better attitude and a greater appreciation for the blessings that make life so beautiful.

to know what it is to be alive is to connect to your higher purpose with the intention of breathing joy and happiness into the world.

each and every moment we are alive is a blessing. live those moments from a place of pure love as you embrace the world with your divine light.

love carries with it a healing fire that warms the heart, embraces the spirit and caresses the soul.

simple sincere gestures of kindness ignite my spirit and fill my heart with vibrations of love.

speak with me of joy and let each word flow through our lives on wings of love as we soar to new heights of happiness.

I had an argument with my thoughts the other day because they were filling my head with too much negativity which was becoming difficult for me to carry. We decided in the end that we both needed to make a greater effort to change life for the better. I had a conversation with my thoughts this morning and we talked about what a wonderful day it was going to be.

life is altered by moments so make this moment something special as doing so will change your future in ways positive and profound.

we shine fully when we let our love light the way, for love when it is honest and true always illuminates a pure positive path to the heaven that is our destiny.

thoughtfully prepare for this day with enlightened intentions and a sincere desire to engage in beneficial endeavours that bright light to the world.

be sure that when involved in heart opening experiences that you remember to leave it open when its over so the love can continue to flow freely in both directions.

the deeper I dive into self awareness the more I understand the beauty of my true sacred path and the better able I am to make life affirming choices.

I walk through life with one question on my mind. what does it mean to be alive. if I am in a negative situation, if I am being hurt or being hurtful I ask myself is this what it means to be alive. the answer is no. we are born to be happy. we are born to love and be loved. we are born to be beautiful beings of light. I will walk my path today with a smile on my soul and kindness as my companion with the purpose of showing people what it truly means to be alive.

it seems that you cannot have a conversation today without it turning into an argument. it becomes more evident as time passes that our suffering is a contest and that while you may be hurting another persons pain is far worse so stop whining. it looks like you cannot turn on the tv, listen to the radio or go online without being bombarded by negative stories. it has become apparent that everybody has a chip on their shoulder and instead of addressing that reality they are throwing them at each other. I am old and tired. I do not have time for this nonsense. today I will walk in kindness. I will raise my head high as I open my heart wide. I will avoid confrontation as I make my way toward compassion. I will be a good person.

evolve our consciousness and we evolve our lives which evolves our world in ways that guide us toward the heavens.

we grow and prosper as beings of light when we seek to create a better world by healing our own heart.

My Higher Purpose Invited Me Out For Coffee One Morning...

my higher purpose invited me out for coffee one morning. we were joined by my greater good and together we discussed the next chapter of my life. we spoke of wholeness and enlightenment. we talked about how I could heal myself and others. when we finished we rejoiced for we felt awakened and alive. my sacred calling invited me out for lunch one day...

I have seen the worst in people and reached out my hand. I have seen people at their lowest and helped them rise. I have seen people lost and guided them home. I have seen people at their darkest and known that my purpose was to light their way. these are some of the things I have seen and how I chose to react.

I not only love from the heart I also live from the heart for I know that doing so connects me with all that is sacred.

many years ago I was sitting in shipmans cafe with my back to the wall. a woman walked in passed me and froze in her tracks. she turned around and said you have a light around you can I speak to you. I invited her to join me. she was new to the area and asked my advice on matters of spirit. we conversed for about an hour. when she left she hugged, thanked and blessed me. I never saw her again but the message has remained with me. the universe was letting me know that I am worthy. that I have work to do. that I am special. that I am loved. there are always signs so when you set out on your journey be sure to open not only your eyes but your heart and soul.for you are also worthy...

I opened my heart to the beauty of the sacred which purified my soul by connecting me with my angels, ancestors, guides and spirits.

we grow into our true selves when we make a commitment to walking a path nourished with truth that serves the greater good.

I once woke up alive. it took me a bit to realize that I hadn't crossed over. once my head cleared a little I prepared for work but while doing so I passed out in the shower. when I once again awoke I continued my preparation for work. I then walked a half hour to my job while all the while being dazed, confused, disappointed and depressed. this morning I woke up next to my wife with the cat on the foot of the bed as my eight year old entered the room already talking. sometimes survival is truly a blessing.

you are worthy. you are beautiful. you are alive. you are loved. you are special. you are sacred. you are many things to many people. be who you are. embrace who you are. you are a miracle.

I had a breakfast of substance and meaning this morning which filled me with a joy so powerful that I was inspired to venture out into the world with love as my passion, purpose and divine destination.

extraordinary is the journey of spirit that connects with life in ancient ways which heal and transform.

I held the door open for someone and they said thank you. I picked something up an elderly person had dropped and they said thank you. I gave somebody my seat on the bus and they said thank you. the transformational power of a simple act of kindness is pure and beautiful.

I fall more in love with life when I satisfy my mystic yearnings by shining my light and sharing my spirit in sacred loving ways.

the more I become involved in being evolved the more light I bring into my world and the happier my life is.

I took a walk to where belief was born and found a garden of hope from which I gathered seeds of divine purpose that I spread along my path as I blossomed into beauty with each step.

I remember that first night sleeping on a bench downtown not knowing who or what would approach me. I remember sinking in the water thinking I would die because I could not swim. I remember having a gun pointed at me and telling the man to shut up and shoot me. I remember receiving death threats because of what somebody imagined I was. I remember laying alone in bed night after night wishing I was dead. I remember waking up alive and being disappointed. these are the memories that haunt me to this day but I am strong, I am brave and I am alive. I have survived because I have always known that I am worthy of love. my experiences are what has made me good at being a spiritual practitioner because I can relate to peoples suffering. I am here and I am happy. I am alive and I am loved. I remember and then I take that memory and use it to change my world for the better.

I think today I will reshape my world into something extraordinarily miraculous that serves the highest and greatest good.

by opening myself to receive blessings I am inviting love and light into my life thereby creating a better brighter future.

there is always love in a heart that is pure and there is always happiness in a soul that is enlightened.

I had the experience of meeting myself yesterday and was impressed with how far I had come and how much I had overcome.

we prosper profoundly when we share our natural radiance and unique beauty in ways that enrich the soul.

my wife is an academic. we were at the holistic expo in Toronto once and a psychic had a booth in which she displayed a paper stating she had studied metaphysics at a university. my wife asked her which one thinking maybe they had similar backgrounds... the woman was rude and dismissive. I pulled my wife away to talk. she said I don't understand. I said she never went to university she did a workshop on the weekend. she said you can't do that and I told her that I once worked at a call centre and we had a one day orientation in which we received a paper with the word university on I which I threw away. I am not against these things. its just in my day we learned by doing. we learned by experiencing. we learned by talking to elders. we learned by exploring different dogmas and cultures. if you are going to display your credentials make sure they are open, honest and understandable. my heart, soul, spirit, honesty, integrity and authenticity are my credentials.

open doorways into the deepest parts of your inner self and you will discover an abundance of gifts, treasures and blessings that will liberate your mind, body, spirit and soul.

I was talking to my thoughts yesterday and I asked them if they could focus on the more positive aspects of my existence. they said it would be hard but that they would try. yesterday was a good day.

with every act of kindness I heal myself spiritually.

I awoke to the sound of my sacred self singing and was embraced by the true nature of my existence which inspired me to go forth into the world with joy and happiness as my guides.

we are all teachers and healers. I will teach you kindness and you can teach me compassion. I will heal your heart and you can heal my soul. we are all mystics and miracle workers.

it seems that throughout my life every time I am standing on the ledge the universe reaches out and pulls me back thereby letting me know that I am needed, I am worthy and I am loved.

it was when I discovered that a world of opportunities and a universe of possibilities were within my reach that I began a spiritually satisfying journey of evolution and growth.

to touch a persons heart is a magickal healing experience that enriches the lives of both the healer and the healed.

kindness provides me with energetic nourishment which inspires me to engage in compassionate actions that serve the highest and greatest good.

today I choose to empower myself. to show myself the love I deserve. to heal my wounds and soothe my soul. to find beauty in the simplest things. to walk my path in illuminating ways. today I choose me first.

with threads of spirit I weave a coat of compassion which I wear with pride and share with love.

as a person of spirit there are days you must ask yourself am I truly helping this person rise up or are they in fact dragging me down. its nice to think you can save the world but that only works if you can save yourself. sometimes you have to let go lest you drown with them.

I honor the sacred in you. I celebrate your inner beauty. I respect the magnificence of your authentic self. I do these things because your are a being of love and light who is deserving of praise.

I walk my path with a smile on my soul and a song in my heart as I use my unique sacred gifts to help others find their truth and live their dreams.

I sometimes like to commune with the spirits for they are messengers of light and love who help me focus on the sacred in ways that nurture my authentic self and inspire within me gratitude and appreciation for the blessings of my life.

I sleep with the darkness of yesterday, the deep spiritual healing of today and the bright beautiful future of tomorrow. This way when I awaken I know where I have been, appreciate where I am and love where I am headed.

I draw inspiration from every drop of blood my heart has shed for it is by embracing the darkness of my truth in a positive way that I facilitate healing and awaken within me the highest good.

I continue to make with the broken parts of my being a mosaic of bruised bloody beauty which shows that even through darkness and depression you can create with your life a work of art.

I find that the quality of my life improves when I step fully into the light with a commitment to love the sacred soul that I am.

I woke up this morning and watched my soul evolve and now I am ready to venture out and share its gifts with the world.

I knew even as a child that the greatest art came from the most broken people and I hoped that one day the world would see me as the masterpiece that I am.
