by embracing your goodness you begin to live your greatness which opens you to a world of grace and glory.

I was in the attic looking though a box of affirmations and intentions when I came upon a box filled with pictures of me that had the words I love you written on it. it was something I had put together for myself many lifetimes ago as a reminder that the more I loved myself the better able I was to love others and greater was the happiness that manifested in my life.

my doorway is one of compassionate understanding and when you walk through it you enter a thoughtful world of spirit where kindness is a way of life to be cherished and celebrated.

let ours be a unifying prayer of love that opens hearts and inspires people to walk gently upon this earth with the intention of serving the highest greatest good.

I experience profound healing when I communicate openly with the darkness and let it know that it does not own or define me.

in moments of kindness I am embraced by waves of shamanic ecstasy which make me feel more alive in the world.

when life was at its darkest and I was at my most depressed I was still aware that I was put on this planet to serve a higher purpose and it was that realization that kept me alive and inspired me to thrive.

look closely at the essence of who you are and you will see the sacred in its purest most beautiful form.

in those moments when i made healing choices that benefited my true sacred self my heart and soul became alive with love.

to be the best you can be you must simply be the person you were born to be.

as you venture out today do so with the intention of being a kind and gentle servant of light for by doing so you inspire the universe to unfold in miraculous ways.

my soul whispered to me words of wisdom as I slept last night which when I awoke inspired me to accept the beauty of my existence by opening gateways to happiness.

I am aligning myself with your true sacred self and sending you throughout this day waves of loving positive energy to help you transform your reality into something beautiful.

the more faith we have in ourselves the more positive the future will be and the more beautifully glorious will be our experience of this life and every life that follows.

spirits are always with us and if we talk to them they will walk with us through a world of wonder and miracles where life is a constant source of joy and happiness.

when I am in pain my belief in kindness helps me heal. when I am immersed in darkness my belief in compassion lifts me into the light. when I am surrounded by hatred my belief in love opens my heart in miraculous ways. it matters not the source of my suffering for I know that my belief in myself will always save me.

there is a sacred space within each heart where love is pure and for me that is the place where healing happens.

the soul is a radiantly beautiful blessing illuminated by grace, glory and goodness which inspires us to live our lives meaningfully as we journey through eternity to enlightenment.

I Had A Bowl Of Positive Intentions For Breakfast Today

I had a bowl of positive intentions for breakfast today which nourished my mind, body and soul while inspiring me to set out on a path of profound spiritual well being.

a miraculous transformation which leads to a happier healthier life takes place whenever I allow myself to experience the light of awareness and the love of awakening.

in my life at those times in which I have been immersed in oceans of negativity I have always managed to find my way to rivers of spirit which purified my heart and soul while guiding me to the banks of beauty and bliss.

I not only have a to do list each day I also have a not to do list. on my not to do list you will find: not be angry, not engage in stressful situations, not be influenced by others negativity, not be judgemental... our lives are filled with tasks, challenges, responsibilities and more. sometimes the key to happiness is less about we do and more about what we don't do.

an open heart is a life changing force which when shared opens gateways to love, light and healing.

I feel joy and serenity whenever I am blessed to experience the basic goodness of people.

from the flow of loving energy within my heart I have chosen to weave a world of kindness and compassion where I may see and feel the true radiant beauty of life.

use your authentic intuitive blessings to create the positive change necessary to expand your reality into one of beauty, balance and harmony.

greater is the sense of joy when nourished with the fruits of purpose, prayer, positive energy and profound spiritual inspiration.

I have always been exactly who I am which became the blessing it is supposed to be at that moment when I stopped caring what everybody else wanted me to be.

inspired am I by those who do not follow a higher calling but instead manifest a higher calling of their own creation for theirs is a path of spiritual freedom forged in the fires of intention and imagination.

I remember when I was six or seven there was a party at our house filled with drunken relatives and my aunts then boyfriend asked me to sit on his lap. my dad called me over and told me not to do that and to go play in my room. even at seven I thought why would you invite people like that into your home and around your wife and child. when I look at people I ask myself one question - is this a person I want around my wife and child. I was taught by the broken actions of broken parents to make better choices. it has been learning from their bad choices that has guided me away from the darkness into the light.

I sent out invitations to people of positivity and good intentions to join me in celebration of the miracle of life for it is by embracing the true beauty of our existence that we fuel our spirit and bring joy into our world.

today I will warmly embrace life as I nurture others and nourish myself with a love most divine.

when spirit speaks do you hear the truth. do you heed the warnings. do you embrace the wisdom. when the soul speaks do you listen to its guidance. do you follow its truth. do you immerse yourself in its light. when the heart speaks do you open your arms. do you reach for the heavens. do you share your love. when you speak do you seek to make a difference. do you do so with good intentions. do you express your gratitude. the heart soul and spirit not only speak to us but they also listen to us when we speak.

I haven't always realized it but throughout my life here has been a guiding hand leading me into the light. be sure to open not only your eyes but your mind, spirit, heart, body and soul to the positive forces of energy that flow throughout your life.

you are exquisite and beautiful. you are divinely blessed. you are a loving soul. do not simply believe these truths but live them for doing so will lift you into the light of heaven that you may see and know just how glorious you are.

my brain is an illogic puzzle which challenges me every day of my life. to survive I must figure out how to manage irrational thoughts, obsessive actions and misguided intentions. it has taken me a lifetime but I have figured out how to manage my brain which has opened my life to the love I have always deserved.

I was talking with my higher self about the darkness that haunts me when he lifted me not the light so that I could see clearly that the darkness was in fact but a small part of me and the light which I had been looking for was massive and miraculous.

enchanted are we who water our garden of life with the gift of light and the blessing of love.

you are a living miracle whose heart is one of kindness which when shared freely blesses the earth in loving healing ways.

being a parent has created for me a new spirituality. it has blessed me with wisdom and insight heretofore unknown. it has opened my heart, soul and mind to a more fulfilling life. it has allowed me to see the miracles happening around me. it has given me a greater understanding of love. being a parent has created for me a new world.

bathe in the gentle beauty of your divine purpose and you bring heaven to earth.

it seems more and more that we live in a world where cries of help are either ignored or criticized. we all need to be more sensitive, more compassionate and more loving. I hear your cries. I acknowledge your pain. I know that you are suffering. you are not alone. I am sending you love, light and positive healing energy. bless you all.

darkness and depression move me to engage in esoteric practices that bring more light and love into my life. this is how I survive. I make a conscious effort not to wallow in my suffering but to use it as a tool for transformation and transcendence.

I am a beautifully guided vessel of spirit on a shamanic journey of sacred truth where with each word I release into the universe I empower and awaken others.

today I will serve humanity a breakfast of gentle lovingkindness which will nourish its soul while nurturing my spirit.

sweet is the sunrise that inspires one to give birth to a new reality as they live their best life.

people seem to enjoy adding negative comments to positive remarks. understand that by doing so you restrict the flow of positive energy. you cause others undue stress. look in the mirror and ask yourself why you need to place burdens on others. if I held the door open for you would you tell me to piss off. if I said have a nice day would you yell at me and call me a monster. if I said I love you would you respond I hate you. if the answer to those questions is no then next time respond compassionately. if the answer is yes then seek professional help.

mine is an ethereal essence that moves me to live more beautifully as I learn to enjoy the blessings of my life and delight in my destiny.

I awoke this morning to the sound of my soul laughing which inspired me to embrace my day in unique authentic ways that put a smile on the face of my spirit.
