I am truly grateful to annouce I am now a part of Cheryl's 'Yoga Centre of Niagara', located at 3 Front St., Thorold, ON I will be leading the following classes as well as graciously working on private healing treatments, Chakra Clearing and Balancing, Reiki, Saviour's Fire... and private yoga classes; these can be booked as soon as you are ready as I am able to begin immediately! Yay!

There will also be some Speciality Workshops to assist in the transitions happening in your Universe at this time TBA.

We are also looking at an 8 week children's (8-12 year olds) class for Yoga and Aromatherapy, one hour per week for 8 weeks, costs TBA.


6:45pm Wednesday Evening; Offering a yoga for Fuller Figure or slightly mobility challenged, the class can also be for level one, I am honored to offer a demographic an opportunity to love themselves at a deeper level through a beautiful yoga experience...

10:30am Sunday Morning; All levels are encouraged to challenge and stimulate their bodies by letting go from the inside out, which teaches warmth, patience, peace and acceptance of the self. Increase strength, balance and flexibility to all four lower bodies. Improve concentration and focus. Learn to breathe and be breathed! Every second Sunday of the month with be a 'Restorative' Class which I feel is crucial in this evolutionary time for Humanity.

**Please NOTE: This Sunday August 21, 2011, I will be leading a 10:30am Class for 60 minutes; ALL Levels Welcome drop in $13 per person
