I have had my time in the Darkness. These days I Howl at the Sun for I now Know that Life is Energy and that the Energy within my Being is the same Energy which is Generated by the Sun.

We who are Motivated by Love are the ones who Experience Existence in a way that Flows through Heart and Soul making it Feel Wonderful to be Alive.


Open Hearts and Minds create Positive Thoughts and Ideas which Inspire one and all to Live in Liberation and Transformation.

Where Love grows you will find me with a Smile on my Face and a Positive Outlook on Life for I have been Soothed and I have been Healed by the Kiss of an Angel.

My Spirit Angel comes to me in many forms from those with Watery Black Eyes to those with Flowing Robes and Beards. I know now that Heaven is a Reflection of the Beliefs that Dance within Me.

Once we remove those things which block Spirit like stress, anxiety, fear, depression... We are Free to Explore other Realities, Dimensions and Realms.


The Greatest Opportunity we have in Life is the Opportunity to Love. That is a Gift that is Boundless. Be Grateful for the Gift.

My Spirit comes to me in the form of an Angelic Butterfly and Inspires me with a Beauty that is Profound.

I have Walked in Darkness and Light and have Learned that the Demons we fear are not in the closet or under the bed, they are in the Boardroom, the Senate and the Pulpit... My Monsters look like Kindly Old Men. These days I keep my Aspirations in the Closet and my Dreams under my bed for I have seen the TRuth.

When I Opened my Soul I let Freedom in. When I Opened my Heart I let Love in. When I Opened my Spirit I let God in and when I Opened my Mind I let Everything in.

I have Climbed the Mountain to Reach the Truth only to Realize that there is no Truth there is only Perception and that has led me to Embrace every Moment with Love for what is my Darkness may be someone elses Joy.

Let us Embrace other Beliefs and Realities for every Soul we meet is a Teacher who has something Positive to Contribute to our Existence.


When our Time comes we will each have our own God to Face. Our own Truth to Experience and our own Reality to Embrace. All I Know is that the Truth of my Reality is that my Gods are Blue and Grey.
