I have reduced my time on the computer and made the conscious choice to walk more, read more, relax more and respect myself more.

my true soul called the other day. I answered and that has made all the difference in the world.

I used to think suffering was my calling. I believed that sorrow was my destiny. It wasn't that I lost battles it was that I didnt fight because I never thought I was meant for more. then one day I wasn't paying attention and I accepted a simple act of common courtesy which began for me a transformation. bit by bit I opened windows into my soul to let the light in. bit by bit I opened doors into my spirit to let the sacred in. bit by bit I opened gateways into my heart to let the love in. suffering wasn't my calling and sorrow wasn't my destiny. they were both just broken parts of my being that needed to be healed.

I use my gifts to help others which in turn helps me to bring light to the world as I walk on sacred ground.

my spirit is nourished by simple acts of kindness for they are beautiful blessings that inspire me to walk in the light of hope and happiness.

I like to watch my son walk to school in the morning because as he skips down the street I can see that love is leading him and pure joy is following him. that for me is life at its most beautiful.

happiness has always been a struggle for me. I didn't want it, I didn't need it, I didn't trust it, I didn't believe in it and I didn't have it. luckily for me I met a woman who showed me the way and taught me that I was worthy. I still because of mental health issues struggle at times but the difference is now I want it, I need it, I trust it, I believe in it and I have it.

I was sharing my vibration when I was embraced by inspiration which led me to a place of rejuvenation where I began my transformation as my life became a sacred celebration.

the greater our awareness of self the brighter the light of our spirit will shine and the more beautiful and benevolent our world will be.

who are you today. I am a better man than I was yesterday. who are you today.

to love and be loved is my mission in life and it is a mission which creates within me a richness of spirit that is pure positive and profound.

I was satisfying my soul one day when they suggested that I do more to satisfy myself. I said but isn't that what I am doing and they so no I am but a small part of who you are. there are many aspects of your true authentic self longing for attention. so I have made it my goal to satisfy each and every part of who I am.

holidays for many are joyful times but for me they are reminders of yet another tradition from my childhood ruined by the drunkenness and depravity of those who called themselves family.

love is a profound blessing which has changed my reality in ways that have inspired me to live life more fully and freely.

A World of Beauty where Love and Light Blossom.

I went for a walk beyond the darkness where I discovered my inner child playing with blocks of transformative guidance. I decided to join him and together we built a bridge of change that led us to a world of beauty where love and light blossom.

we help ourselves and others elevate and evolve when we connect with our true authentic sacred self and awaken to our higher purpose.

we take our son to swimming lessons on Sunday morning. the mall is across the street from the Y so we stop there first and my wife and son grab something at Starbucks while I go to the grocery store and grab a breakfast sandwich and a drink. I was having a rough morning yesterday. every single word said or sound made was a trigger. I was struggling greatly and hurting inside. when I went to the grocery store to get my sandwich the woman behind the counter said put your money away. I thought what did I do to piss her off. she then handed me a receipt and on the bottom there were the words surprise delight. I guess this is a policy over the holidays to randomly do this. whatever it was it was a blessing that brightened my day and lifted me out of my doldrums. sometimes we just have to be reminded that kindness exists. today I will walk in the sunshine with a smile on my face.

its the twenty first century and people will literally criticize your pain and suffering. they will decide whether your hurt is worthy of compassion. I have seen countless times people post something personal about their suffering and then have cold hearted imbeciles offer up ignorance as a response. there is an old saying which goes if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all. I would like to alter that slightly. if you can't say something nice then shut the fuck up and piss off.

sweetly inspiring are gifts from the heart which foster healing, serve humanity and fill our world with light and love.

compassionate actions that benefit others are pure positive blessings that cultivate happiness in life.

pure positive actions are blessings that liberate and elevate our existence in ways that are beneficial to one and all.

within the deepest layers of our being there are places of light that radiate pure love whenever we share our true highest self with the world.

from the fabric of my life I have woven a coat of compassion which I share with those who like me have suffered the cold realities of a broken childhood.

free the imagination by using your innate creative essence to shape your reality into a sacred work of art that nurtures your dreams and nourishes your desires.

smile and you send a prayer of hope into the world that awakens the heart, inspires the spirit and embraces the soul.

I like to bathe in sacred celestial waters as doing so creates a clear clean beautiful atmosphere of love that brings more joy and happiness into my life.

I have transcended the tragic and risen above the traumatic which has allowed my soul to heal and my spirit to fly freely.

more meaningful relationships for me have created a happier existence and a more grounded sacred path.

I woke up to the warm embrace of the miraculous because for me that is what life is - a miracle.

it was a day off for the school kids yesterday so me and my nine year old were together all day. we went to Timmys at eight in the morning for a snack and before we walked home we played Tetris on the tablet. when we got home I did laundry, worked on the computer and he played in his playroom. then we went upstairs and he sat at the island while I made him lunch and he talked to me. every sentence began with the words so dad have you ever... after lunch he went across the road into the circle to play in the snow. while he was there his friend Thomas who had recently moved to Toronto came by and they played for two and a half hours. then he came inside and we had dinner. after that mom came home and we told each other stories of our day. for me this rather simplistic slow paced day was something wonderful that I can treasure. I have a beautiful family. when they are happy I am happy. my wife and son not only make me proud they make me a better man.

I was reminded this week of a time in my childhood when I would lay in bed and punch myself in the temple because at nine I believed that doing so would cause a hemorrhage in my brain which would kill me. I am happy today yet there are still times when trauma stops by to say hello and remind me of where I came from and what I witnessed. these days I am stronger than my struggles and smarter than my suffering. these days I can say no thank you and move forward into a better brighter future.

I am a Being of Love and Light.

I am a being of love and light. my path is touched by the sacred. my purpose is to share the beauty of my spirit. my destiny is divine.

darkness and depression still visit me from time to time but these days I am not alone which for me has made all the difference in the world.

I believed that if I believed then people would believe in me. which is exactly what happened.

I remember it like it was yesterday. I decided to live my life in a more positive way. now spirit, soul and I sing, dance and play. the choice I made then has made me very happy today.

blessed, beautiful and blissful are we beings of light who use our sacred abilities to fully experience life as we make the world a better place.

I am broken yet people come to me to see how I put myself back together. I am battered yet people come to me to see how I tend to my wounds. I am beaten yet people come to me to see how I have risen from the ashes. I am blessed because I have survived, thrived and arrived at a place in my life where I am happy.

if you only realized how sacred and strong you are you could with the energy of the universe illuminate, enrich, inspire and empower your life and the lives of those around you.

as we age time takes its toll as it must but there are moments I choose not pay. I choose instead to say no not today for I am still able to sing, dance and play.

I took my inner truth outside for a walk in which we shared our blessings with each and every soul we met along the way

courage and compassion asked me out to play and we spent our time together as companions of creation having fun throughout our day.

a far far better world is ours to create and we do so by engaging in simple acts of kindness and compassion that inspire us to sing, dance, laugh, play, live and love.

I am genuinely thankful and sincerely grateful for I have survived and thrived in spite of myself.

I am a treasure hunter and the treasure I seek is not gold but goodness.

the truth woke me up this morning and told me to embrace fully who I am and venture out into the world with the intention of making a real difference.

the weather can be a warm comforting embrace or a dire warning of things to come. we have ignored the signs we have been given for far too long. the time has come to stop the senseless debates and take action. the health of this planet we call home is in our hands. its up to us to stop the bickering and start the healing.

I can feel the world shifting. this is crucial time in our existence and which way the world shifts is up to us. we can if we make the changes necessary direct our planet to a place of peace and freedom. the choices we make in the coming days, weeks, months and years will determine the future of our planet and all its inhabitants. I can feel the world shifting.

I saw somebody do the right thing the other day.

I saw somebody do the right thing the other day. it was a simple gesture of common sense and kindness. it was a significant contribution to the person giving, the person receiving and in my case the person witnessing. do something nice today. the impact will be meaningful and profound.

honor the spirit within you. honor the earth around you. honor the sky above you. a life lived with honor is a beautiful blessing that enriches, evolves and enlightens our world.

one day instead of waiting for answers and praying for miracles I made a conscious decision to shine my brightest light, come up with my own answers and live my life like a prayer fulfilled.

I once walked to the end of the earth and looked over the edge. I saw not hell but instead a vision of broken dreams, memories and promises. I turned around and walked back into my world with the intention of creating a sublime future that I could be proud of.

nature or nurture. its both. its always been both. some things you are born with and some things you acquire. some things are within you and some things make their way to you. some things are fostered and some things are restricted. some things you are blessed with and some things you are denied. nature or nurture. its both and if we realize this and use it to our advantage - its balance.

in blissful growth I start this day by quenching my thirst with the elixir of life and nourishing my mind, body and soul with the love that is my ethereal birthright.

Life is a journey of prophecy and prayer where every moment is a miracle and every breath a blessing.

I was playing cards with my p.t.s.d. when I caught it cheating but I was not angry because I understood its pain and how that pain had altered its perspective on life.

I hope that today I can experience your unique essence and divine nature. I hope that in soulful beauty we can stoke the fires of kindness and compassion. I hope that in unvoiced prayer we can wish only the best for each other. I hope today that we can be free and happy.

I remember when I could make a joke and it was just a joke. I remember when I could say you look pretty because you looked pretty. I remember when I could have an opinion and it was just my personal opinion. I remember when what I said was what people heard and not what others decided it meant. I remember when I could say hello without fear of using the wrong pronoun. I remember when.

when I speak the language of spirit and you listen with your soul we become one.

life for me has been a journey of transformative evolution where every choice, decision, encounter and experience has taught me a lesson that has helped me grow wiser and stronger.

I became aware one day that when I was upset it upset people, when I was bothered it bothered people and when I was hurt it hurt people. so I decided to make some positive changes in my life. now when I smile people smile, when I laugh people laugh and when I am happy people are happy. sometimes its the smallest steps that make the biggest difference.
