this time of isolation has given me the opportunity to ponder my place in the universe which has inspired me to live a more fulfilling life in which every day I reap the benefits of my sacred loving family.

envisioning a world of sacred simplicity and ecstatic spirituality for me is a profound source of healing that immerses me in rainbows of light.

I had breakfast this morning with love and truth. we discussed contemplative practices that contribute to healing. I am having lunch with light and wisdom. I wonder what we will talk about.

walk joyously upon this earth with the door to your heart wide open and yours will be a sacred journey of transcendent experiences and transformational truths.

beware of covidiots. those insensitive souls who from the start have ignored social distancing. those covidian malcontents who have from the beginning hoarded toilet paper and lysol wipes. you see them everywhere gathering in groups and standing face to face. you see them at the park lifting there kids over the snow fence and placing them in restricted areas. beware of covidiots.

you are surrounded by life so take a deep breath, do what you love and live your purpose.

may we make our way from the darkness into a life affirming new world of pure beauty and greater fulfillment in which as angels on earth we spread our wings and fly into a heaven of our own creation.

one of the more positive aspects of this time of isolation has been the realization that so many things I thought were important, necessary and meaningful were in fact none of those things. this crisis has given me great clarity. I will emerge from this as a better father, husband, man and being of spirit.

I have learned during times of hardship to enjoy the simple pleasures of life, to do those things that lift the heart, to practice mindfulness and to create a safe soothing environment of love.

with a positive outlook on life embark on a quest of insight and awareness that embraces your uniqueness and promotes spiritual growth.

I expand my awareness by trusting my inner voice, communicating with my true self, rejoicing in who I am and loving who I am becoming.

mystical beings have mystical experiences. esoteric beings have esoteric experiences. miraculous beings have miraculous experiences. be the mystical, esoteric and miraculous being that you truly are.

I was being kind to myself the other day when I realized that by doing so I had immersed myself in waters of positive personal awareness that made my intentions affirmative and my actions transformative.

for me a higher sense of purpose at this time is the ability to simply allow myself to be nurtured, nourished and loved.
