Messages of Spirit that Enhance the Quality of Life

 

the heart when truly listened to gives us messages of spirit that enhance the quality of life.

mine is a life of my own design in which I live in an atmosphere of love that cultivates well being, enhances the creative spirit, strengthens the imagination, celebrates my uniqueness and embraces beautifully the sacred flow of life.

I like to engage in esoteric and holistic practices that help me achieve harmony in my life by encompassing the human experience of divinity.

the garden of my life is a sacred tapestry of dreams, visions, intentions, thoughts, ideas and actions nurtured by spirit that inspire every aspect of my existence.

the bird of peace visited me one morning and bathed me in sunshine. the spirt of freedom visited me one night and embraced me with abundant blessings. I await with open arms my next visitor.

I will on this day embrace wholeness, express my inner spirit, walk a path of peace, live my divine purpose and follow my birthright into happiness.

the continued darkness of these days scratches the surface of my spirit and soul. the seemingly never-ending struggle has taken its toll. I however am a survivor. I have risen from the ashes before and I shall do so again. I have made it this far not by counting my blessings but by embracing them. you have also survived because you are strong. you are resilient. you are blessed. no matter how dark it gets know that you are the light. you are the love. my thoughts and prayers are with you. I am sending you love, light and positive healing energy.

love is divine energy for the mind, body, heart, soul and spirit.

with calm self assurance I reflect my light on the world with the intention of inspiring others to act in kind thereby creating waves of light that illuminate the love within us all.

stop the nonsense. stop the madness. stop the negative behaviour. stop the fighting. just stop. start being kind. start being compassionate. start being sympathetic. start being loving. just start.

it seems these days that far too many conversations are like pulling teeth. people cant seem to communicate properly anymore. everybody is angry. everybody is hurt. everybody is frightened, everybody is sad. let us all do our best on this day to say good things in good ways that inspire goodness. I wish you light, love, joy and happiness. bless you all.

the soul flourishes and the heart blossoms when we as people of passion, spirit and integrity celebrate life by walking a path of positive purpose filled with random acts of kindness and inspiration.

I without even thinking about it did a random act of kindness which put a smile on the face of spirit that inspired the angels to sing which for me turned out to be a prescription for happiness.

with compassionate courage and waves of positive energy I shape for myself a sacred reality where love and peace resonate.

it is with gratitude, appreciation, a positive attitude and a pure heart that I am able to rise above my struggles to a place of peace, freedom, joy and happiness.

children shower us with blessings that bring love and light into our lives.

my soul is sending your soul hugs and happiness, my spirit is sending your spirit joy and blessings. my heart is sending your heart love and light. even when separated and isolated we have the ability to connect with each other in ways positive and profound

goodness of spirit gives profound meaning to everything I set out to do by connecting me with a higher energy and purpose.
