the flowers rejoice with ecstatic joy when those of thoughtful mind and divine disposition shower the earth with songs of happiness and prayers of gratitude that shower lifes garden with love.

there are tremendous rewards awaiting those who with kindness and generosity connect to life by blanketing it with love.

good thoughts and positive intentions during this time of isolation are what lifts my spirit and sets my soul free.

I enjoy each step I take as I walk through life for mine is a shamanic journey of sacred significance that embraces my heart with celestial sweetness.

there are many faces to humanity and the ones I like best are the ones that give me a glimpse of goodness, greatness, grace, glory, god and goddess.

yesterday I did not watch, read or listen to the news, I stayed off the internet and I avoided negative self centered people. what a beautiful day it was.

I found some fun and laughter in the pocket of my soul which I used to help others heal and to make myself whole.

maybe the reason you cant see the light at the end of the tunnel is because you made the choice to enter a place you never should have been in to begin with. make a conscious decision to leave the tunnel for the light is out there waiting for you and it always has been.

good thought patterns help me to walk a path of balance and harmony that connects me to the spirit world thereby making mine a higher evolution of positive self discovery and personal enlightenment.

there are miracles at work at all times doing their best to create peace, freedom, wellness, happiness, love, light, beauty, bliss and blessings.

let us contribute positively to the world by being honest, compassionate, kind, generous, truthful, moral, grateful, spiritual and loving.

stop the merry go round I want to get off. the madness of it all is taking its toll. stop the rollercoaster I want to get off. the stress of it all is overwhelming. stop the of sickness, sadness and separation I want to get off. I know that this will at some point cease but right now I just want it to stop not so life can return to normal but so we can with what we learn from all of this create a better, braver, stronger society we can all be proud of.

a generous soul who shares the richness of life freely and unconditionally manifests their highest self while fulfilling their spiritual destiny.

love is an elixir for the soul that incites happiness, inspires change and initiates great spiritual growth.

we all exist together. we are in our own way healers and shamans. we are profound and powerful beings of spirit. we are facilitators of great change. we are a beautiful poem of peace and prayer. we are people of pure positive intention. we are gods and goddesses of light and love. we all exist together.

ours is a divine purpose and by living that purpose in the most loving way possible we manifest a positive future of compassion, clarity, grace and glory.

I was praying at the altar of spirit when a vibrant voice from the heavens told me to be a source of enlightenment who touches the hearts of others with simple sacred acts of kindness and compassion.

there is a love derived from heaven within the soul of humanity and by embracing a spiritual way of life we release that love into the atmosphere thereby making the world a better place.

my response to social distancing has been to live in peace and harmony. my reaction to all the negativity has been to immerse myself in positive energy. my response to all the anger has been to share and inspire happiness. my reaction to all the madness has been to become a better person. we have the choice on how we respond and react to lifes challenges. my response and reaction to the darkness has been to swim in the light.

the soul is full of wonder so I take time every day to wander through its sacred labyrinth so that I may see and experience the miracle of my true divine self.

by doing things that give me something to smile about I am lifted higher to a place of peace and serenity where I am guided by the force of spirit to soar freely on the wings of my dreams.

I have had many struggles but it was when I realized that the path I was on was the one I was meant to take that truth embraced me with the knowledge that first you love the sky and then you fly.
