when I was at my lowest in life I still wished the highest good for all because through the darkness i saw glimpses of hope that replenished my spirit.

remember when you could have a conversation without somebody taking it the wrong way. remember when you could smile at a stranger without them thinking you are up to something no good. remember when you could be friends with the opposite sex without them being wary of your intentions. remember when we all weren't bat shit crazy.

a life of authenticity in which we positively pursue our passions is a uniquely amazing gift we give ourselves that brings light to the world.

as beings of light we are born with many sacred gifts and through acts of kindness and compassion we unearth those blessings which creates a flow of energy that fills our lives with extraordinary enlightening experiences.

take the chip off your shoulder. stop being upset by every pronoun. remember that a jokes a joke and not a condemnation. pull the cork out of your ass and let some air get to your brain. people today get upset with every little thing and there are days when its just too much. there are enough big things to upset us like poverty, racism, homophobia, violence, abuse ... stop attacking people when they use the wrong pronoun or use a term that was the term used by society when they were young. instead say I prefer... excuse me ma'am - its not ma'am its they - excuse me they... its that simple. I know its hard to believe sometimes but there are decent people out there. I know there are.

you are the source of all beauty. within you is the light and love of the heavens. you are a being of higher purpose. you are goodness and greatness. you are the source of all that is sacred.

focus your energies on unselfish love and the universe will reward you with blessings that soften the heart and soothe the soul.

ours is a light that connects to the spirit when we seek to help the world by living a better life in which we make choices whose positive impact flows freely along our path.

in fields of awareness I roam fearless and free cultivating love and kindness with the divine by my side.

I hear people say how can I complain when there are people dying here and children starving there. there always have been and always will be people who are struggling, suffering and dying. this does not mean your pain doesn't count. trauma is not a competition. torture is not a sporting event. feel not guilt for your hurt for you are deserving of happiness. we put the burden of guilt on ourselves when part of healing is releasing self imposed suffering. you are worthy. you are important and your life matters. compassion for others is beautiful and kindness towards self is a blessing. give yourself permission to hurt, suffer and struggle without guilt and then move forward into the heart of healing and happiness. you are in my thoughts and prayers. you are loved.

self realization is a doorway which when opened gives us the courage to step into a higher more positive plane of existence where true beingness and the power of belief make ours a soulful life of love in which we experience the divine.

this is a time of profound change for my family. on the one hand certain things are ending, disappearing and falling apart. this is difficult but it is needed to make room for new opportunities and possibilities. its is both a daunting and exciting time. it is the next chapter in a sacred love story. my wife, son and I are moving forward towards the light of a brand new day. bless us all.

where we are is not always where we belong. it took me almost forty years to escape the life chosen for me and create one of my own that led me to where I belong.

I was working with my spirit guides to better navigate lifes challenges when I was immersed in the joy of being which awakened all that is sacred and beautiful within me.

common sense and compassion today makes for a more joyful tomorrow.

do not try to understand me. just accept that I am different from you and know that I accept that you are different from me. once these simple tasks are accomplished we can move forward together along a path of inspiration and liberation.

the love and kindness in my life illuminates for me a deeply fulfilling path of peace, harmony and heartfelt service to humanity.

raise your self esteem and yours will be a fulfilling path of spirit nurturing and soul nourishing moments of grace, glory and greatness.

live this day in a beautifully simple way that that facilitates contact with spirit and divine guidance from the soul.

the greater your connection to the spirit the more inspired a being of light you become.

in my early days they didn't recognize learning disabilities or mental health issues. they just labeled you as difficult and punished you. today we are aware of these issues and in some cases help the child and family. however we need to do more. we need to be diligent in our desire to make life accessible and accommodating for those who are suffering. let this be the time in our evolution where we plant sacred seeds of understanding that enhance the quality of life for all.

when you generally love and respect who you are life becomes a sweetly inspiring exploration of spirit in which you transform yourself and the world around you.

I was walking where miracles happen when I began to grow more powerful which planted within me seeds of intention that have blossomed into moments of greater happiness that radiate spiritual energy.

the ability to turn problems into gifts is a blessing that helps us to create harmonious environments which awaken the spirit.

mine is a higher vibration which I am sending out to you at this very moment. mine is a healing energy which I am sharing with you right now. mine is a love most sacred which with every word I write I am blessing you. mine is a path of service which I walk for the benefit of all. you are loved.

the greatest struggle in life for me has always been the hatefulness, hurtfulness, dishonesty, immorality and abusiveness of those whose love is broken beyond repair.

even in the darkest of times I have always walked a heart centered path and it is that truth which has kept me alive long enough to find love, light and happiness.

compassion engages my soul, kindness embraces my spirit and love enriches every aspect of my existence.
