I like to take mindful walks with my higher soul self in which I cultivate connectedness, facilitate multidimensional well being and engage in transformative practices.

I was sailing on oceans of light while talking to my authentic sacred self when a wave of spiritual realization embraced me with meaning, passion and purpose.

I will make this day one of pure, positive, pristine and profoundly beautiful interactions that enlighten and empower while supporting spiritual growth.

I find that when I practice gratitude I align with my highest good and the light of spirit embraces me with life transforming gifts of love.

just a word of advice to anybody reading anything out there. instead of interpreting what people say, instead of deciding what they mean, instead of changing what they mean to suit your own ideals... just ask them what they mean and if you don't like it or approve then move on to somebody that better suits your sensibilities. this is much better than filling the world with negativity. I choose to respond to things I don't like by sharing things I do like. its a lot less stressful. have a beautiful day.

I shall on this day make my way to a place where beauty happens in which with the heart of an angel I will expand my perception as I foster a new reality that will help me to heal spiritually.

harmony growth and healthy spirituality are just a few of all the positive things that I sprinkle throughout my day in the hope that it will touch the heart and soul of others.

mine is an awakening path of creativity in which I use the transformative power of words to touch the heart and soul of humanity.

it seems that we have lost the ability to have a respectful conversation. people are far too excited to gossip, criticize, attack and assault each other with hateful hurtful opinions. even those who wish to do good are throwing each other to the wolves. everything is sexist or racist. you cant tell a joke anymore. you cant even express an opinion. its a constant barrage of madness and mayhem. now they are reaching back into every aspect of our past and destroying it. you cant watch a cartoon, comedy or any show for that matter from your childhood because there is something in there that somebody will find offensive. heres an idea instead of focusing on everything bad about the past why don't we simply try to be better people in the present. why don't we set a good example for future generations. today I will read a good book, listen to a nice song, watch a heartwarming movie, say a kind word to a stranger, laugh a little more and love a whole lot more.

I looked within the soul of a prayer and was blessed with a higher perspective that helped me to appreciate the joys that already existed within my life.

a beautifully crafted life of loving acceptance is a blessing we can bestow upon ourselves that will guide us down a path of deeper purpose and positive illumination where with every breath we unearth the sacred.

the choices we make determine our destiny. I have chosen through this current crisis to rest and relax. I have chosen to broaden my mind. I have chosen to with clarity of calling shape my world with love.

we have during this time of struggle welcomed someone new into our family. we call her amazon. she brings us great joy. why yesterday alone she brought us books, toys, clothes...

while exploring the universe within I discovered a sacred sense of self which inspired me to make mine a path of positive intention that impacted people in profound ways.

let us carefully craft a life free of limits where with courage and compassion we choose to be a source of light and love.

change your destiny in delightful ways by releasing the joy within, advocating love and embracing fully the miracle of who you are.

in difficult times I have always explored different ways of being while nurturing my true self which has helped me to live a better life.

acronyms not isolation are my biggest struggle. it is dealing with a.d.d - o.c.d - p.t.s.d... that has been my greatest hardship. we have reached a place of understanding. I have been pushed to the brink but never over the edge. one of the reasons that I have succeeded as a practitioner of spirit is because of those things that I have survived. the lessons learned have been the light that has guided me through the darkness. they are not gone but I am stronger than them. if you are battling mental illness know that you are not alone and that I am sending you love, light and positive healing energy.

we aspire to greatness when we open our life to the integrity of our spirit and dignity of our soul.

freedom and flourishing begin when we accept that we have the power to change lives and then use that power to embrace each other in intensely inspirational ways that make ours a more connected and spiritually grounded world.

somewhere above the horizon there is a beautifully liberating place of peace where if we have faith in who we are we can immerse ourselves in simple sacred moments that set our soul free.

our struggles change the way we live but how it changes us as people is our choice. I have let my situation teach me what is truly important. I have learned what matters most. I will emerge from this happier, healthier and stronger.

I was taking refuge in spirit to heal my mind when the sun of the soul embraced me with its warm loving light which inspired me to live my true nature by doing that which is good for the heart.
