the universe is filled with beautiful, joyful and plentiful gifts which when seen, accepted, embraced and shared make ours a blessed life where miracles flourish.

I think I will summon my angels to help me clarify my path and create something special woven in beauty that I can share with the world.

stop talking trash there is enough garbage in the world. we are already covered in social, political and pandemic feces and the stench is killing us. I have said this before and I will say it again, if your life is shit - flush.

I have been in my life a source of light for others but it was the day I focused that light on myself that I was able to see more clearly what I needed to change in my own life to make it better. take the time today to embrace yourself with your sacred light and love.

a smile is a lovely way to illuminate the spirit. the more we smile the more joy we bring into our lives.

alive, awake and aware I arise embraced by alchemical aspirations with an attitude of gratitude and an intention of ascension.

this crisis has taught me two things: to live a better life and to love the life I live.

the spirit moves me, the soul inspires me and the heart loves me. these are the scared truths that weave beauty, blessings and bliss into my life.

the higher my state of being the healthier I am, the healthier I am the happier I am, the happier I am the higher my state of being.

if we are paying attention then this time of struggle has been filled with lessons that will benefit us in times to come. we are now more aware of what we truly need, we know who are real friends are, we know who truly cares for us and who only care for themselves, we know who, where and what to avoid, we know who are grounded and who are insane, we know how to survive, we know that we are strong and we know that we are loved. we know all this and much much more. the lessons are countless and we are courageous. look, listen and learn. class is in session.

I like to embrace the clear light of love as doing so connects me to the heavens which awakens me to my souls highest purpose.

out beyond imagination there are an infinity of choices waiting to help illuminate our path that we may discover our spiritual mission and live our sacred truth.

if you have to have a conspiracy let that conspiracy be one of joy. if you must have an opinion let that opinion be one of compassion and common sense. if you need to cast a vote let that vote be not for parties or politicians but for goodness, greatness, grace and glory. if you have to say something please let that something be positive. do what you have to do but do it wisely and lovingly.

let us live beautifully the best life possible by being who we were born to be.

I have learned during this crisis not to talk to people about covid. that means no debates, no conspiracies, no politics, no arguments, no misunderstandings and no madness. instead we speak of the good things in our lives like friends and family. this simple choice has made this time less stressful for us. hello. how are you. we are good. its a beautiful day isn't it. heart based living helps me to stay grounded while weaving for me a beautiful tapestry of divine inspiration bathed in the light of love where every breath is a blessing.

I take the time each day to walk, read, listen, learn, laugh, pray, smile sing, hope, dream, live and love. these are the things that help me through the hard times.

we all have within us the ability to be mystics and masters. we each are blessed with sacred gifts. embrace these truths and use them to empower, enrich and enlighten yourself and others.

I like to take a walk each morning toward self awareness where I grant myself permission to manifest my visions and live my dreams as I embrace the fullness of life.

today is garbage day and I have decided to throw out criticism, judgement, anger, anxiety, fear, depression and anything else that tears away at the fabric of my soul.

we are beings of love with the ability to bring joy to every soul we touch. this is the perfect time for us to live our truth and share are abilities.

a wink, a nod and a smile are simple gestures which when shared with sincerity can give us a boost of positive energy that will make our day a little bit brighter.

I am a creative being. I think today I will create greater joy, well being, moments of peace, wellsprings of compassion and an abundance of love. all of which will give my life greater meaning. I am a creative being and today I will create miracles.

we are in the midst of a profoundly life changing time in history. how we change is entirely up to us. my hope is that we learn from this and forge a new path toward a brighter more beautiful future. my hope is that we walk away from this kinder and more compassionate. my hope is that we become the sacred beings we are meant to be. our world is changing and I for one will make mine a world I can be proud of.

I approach each day with gratitude and appreciation for no matter my struggles I have managed to make for myself a life I can be proud of. I will be 62 in a few weeks and I am awake, aware, alive, blessed and loved.

in the womb of the soul one day kindness and joy were discussing how better life would be if I could express myself in ways that touched positively the heart and spirit of myself and others. I listened to their conversation and was inspired to do just that and express myself in a manner that would breathe love into every aspect of my life.

the spirit flows freely when in goodness and grace we make it our purpose to leave an imprint of love wherever we go.

I was born to shine so I think today I bring happiness to the world by shining my light, cultivating kindness and sharing my love.

as I grow into who I truly am I am able to better experience happiness. as I remove blockages and boundaries I become more aware of my blessings. as I open my mind and heart I can see with clarity my connection to the cosmos. as I settle into my sacredness I can feel more and more each day the true beauty of life.

I have tried during this crisis to conduct myself each day in a way that will make for a better tomorrow. I have made it my path, purpose and intention to reach beyond my boundaries and rise above my struggles. I with crystal clarity have listened to my heart, soul and spirit. I have done all this and learned that the love I have in my life is vast and limitless. times have been tough but they have made me stronger by reminding me of just how blessed I am.

somebody told me to take off my mask that it wasn't necessary and I said thank you for sharing have a nice day, somebody walked up to me with a sign and asked me to join their protest and I said I hope you and yours are doing well, somebody approached me and gave me a pamphlet that promoted their favourite politician and I said may you have joy in your heart and somebody told me that their god was the real and and that I should follow him and I said love is bountiful and I am blessed. every day we come across people whose opinions are vastly different from ours. we can choose to debate, condemn, criticize, judge, argue, fight or flee. we can also choose to listen and then continue on our chosen path. we are all fighting the same battle. I may not agree with you and some days it all may be too much but if we are too survive we need to be able to move beyond our self imposed boundaries into a brave new world of kindness, compassion, hope, awareness, understanding and love.

let your heart speak and listen closely to its words of wisdom and you will journey on the wings of your soul to a universe of love.

we will all emerge from this a new humanity. what that humanity will look like is up to us. I hope it is one of rainbow visions in we reach out to each other in ways that help us all to become better people.

create your own path, create your own reality, create your own truth, create your own world, create your own universe and create your own heaven. you are a creative soul with the ability to shape your life in any way you so choose. create something beautiful.

I like to live my day in a way that embraces the heart of life, takes me to higher planes of existence and allows me to experience fully the true beauty of my sacred path.

by filling my day with positive thoughts I inspire my spirit to grow and flow freely which opens the heart and mind to happiness.

during times of struggle I listen not to the media, not to politicians and not to those who are inconvenienced more than they are victims. who I listen to are the ones who are sick, suffering and dying for they have a knowledge that I do not. I listen not to conspiracy theorists or internet trolls. I listen to sincere kind compassionate people. I never presume to tell somebody I know what they are going through when I have not suffered as they have suffered. so during this pandemic I have made a point to listen to the voices of those who have lost loved ones and those who are dying themselves. I am sending love and light to all who are suffering. you are loved.

on wings of faith I experience true freedom as I sing a sweet soulful song of honesty, sincerity, kindness and compassion.

the other day I listened with my soul and heard words of empowerment, encouragement and enlightenment that blanketed me with bliss, beauty and blessings.

I looked within my heart and loved smiled at me which gave me the strength and courage to embrace freedom, live my truth and create joyously moments that transform.

My Purpose is to Love and be Loved

my intentions are pure, my thoughts are positive, my passions are empowering, my actions are enlightening and my purpose is to love and be loved.

the holistic benefits of happiness are beautiful and bountiful so today and every day I will make it my purpose to be happy.

on the horizon there is a doorway which when opened leads to a place of serenity where truth resides in harmony with all that is sacred. today I will open that door and make my way home.

I heard my spirit singing which purified my heart which inspired my soul to dance which immersed me in sacred beauty which made me whole, healthy and happy.

love, kindness, caring and compassion are powerful forces which when used as transformative practices make ours a healing journey of divine beauty.

isolation has given me the time to relax, refresh, reflect and rejuvenate. I will emerge from this happier, healthier, awake, aware, inspired and transformed for I have listened and I have learned.

sometimes we so badly to want believe in something that we blind ourselves to the truth. if you met someone who cheated on their spouse over and over would you invite them into your home, if you encountered someone who said hateful racist things would you follow their lead, if you encountered someone who was blatantly homophobic would you join them in their march and if you met a self proclaimed messiah would you drink the Kool aid. what would you do in those situations. I know what I would do. I would do what I have always done and ask myself one simple question - is this a person I want around my wife and son. the answer to that question is what has kept me safe, secure, happy and healthy.

today I will anchor my life in love as I create ripples of kindness that embrace well being and serve the highest greatest good.

I don't have the energy to listen to conspiracy theories, I don't have the patience to follow the ramblings of dictatorial malcontents and I don't have any reason to lead my life according to a media gone mad. what I do have is kindness, compassion and common sense which I patiently listen to every day because they fill me with positive energy.

I have begun the day with a positive outlook which has placed me in a state of gratitude that has inspired me to light the way to a higher happier healthier reality which satisfies the spirit.

I like to sing in harmony with the universe as doing so cleanses the spirit and frees me to be an emissary of light who walks a positive personal path of ascension.

I was bathing in moments of spiritual awakening when my soul illuminated for me visions of light and love that helped me to blossom and flourish.

each time I look within I open different doors to different realities which has led me to different places where different people act differently and that for me has made all the difference in the world.

within the beauty of ones sacred self you will find a generosity of sincerity and a wellspring of wisdom that will raise you to a higher state of consciousness.

with healing intentions and an abundance of love I set out into the world to plant seeds of awareness that inspire awakening and embrace the true glory, greatness and goodness of humanity.

with sacred self discipline as my guide I make it my purpose to with beauty and grace share my true compassionate nature as I journey into healing with happiness as my final destination.

I remember this politician that spoke of the evils of homosexuality and then one day found out that his child was gay and suddenly changed his tune. I have met people who complained in public about someones child and how the parents let them get away with things when in fact the child had a mental health condition and the parents who lived this knew exactly what they were doing. the point of these examples is there are a lot of things in life we complain and argue about until we experience them for ourselves . so for those of you out there who have not lost anyone to covid nineteen be aware that many have. why does someone have to die for people to do the right thing. I have lost many people to cancer in my life so I don't smoke. I have seen many lives destroyed by alcohol so I don't drink. I wonder sometimes if I hadn't seen those things would I have endangered myself like them. luckily I don't have to answer that question. so during this current crisis I am not waiting for somebody that I love to die before I decide how to act. I have decided to simply act with caring, compassion and common sense.

take action now. share with the world your light and love. do those things that nurture your soul. engage in activities that lift the spirit. focus on happiness and blossom into bliss. take action now.

in profound peace I align with my authenticity as I walk in positive ways a path of intentional kindness and ethical diversity in which I seek to live, love and serve the highest greatest good.

before this current crisis I made a point of avoiding situations that upset me, I stayed away from confrontational people, I walked away from negative influences and I always made an effort to conduct myself in pure positive ways. during this current crisis I have continued to conduct myself exactly the same way and for me and mine things have gone well.

with loving fearlessness and courageous wisdom I seek to live who I truly am by walking in wondrous ways a path of purpose and meaning that reaps great benefits which help me blossom.

I didn't listen to anybody say anything negative yesterday, I didn't read anything offensive the day before, I didn't see anything a couple of days ago that upset me. this has been a good week because I spent my days being me and not concerning myself with you being you. we all have to live our lives in ways that work for us. I live mine with my wife and son and together we raise our voices and spirits in ways that uplift and inspire us a family to not only keep going but to keep going in a direction that is mutually beneficial. I wish you all hope and harmony. I wish you all health and happiness.

I walk through worlds of possibility along paths of conscious creativity with the intention of immersing myself in higher levels of sacred service in the hope of helping myself and others heal.

while others struggle with how to handle the madness of this crisis I have been seeking new ways of being. while others have been placing blame I have been looking for places of beauty. while others have been falling deeper into darkness I have been raising myself into the light. for me this has been a time of choices and while I may not always make the right choice my intention is always pure. one thing has remained constant for me through all of this - I appreciate my life, your life and the lives of every living soul on earth. you are loved.

perceptions transform when with divine inspiration as our guide we walk toward positive personal evolution and profound peace knowing that ultimate joy is our destination.

mine is a uniquely authentic path of sacred self awareness, radical consciousness and creative well being in which I seek that which is beyond the beyond as I engage life honestly by being fully present in each moment.

one of the most difficult things to deal with during this pandemic is the constant barrage of negative opinions. it has reached the point where even if you say something positive people will respond negatively. if you are reading my posts and you don't like them then don't read them anymore. its as simple as that. there are far too many who look for reasons to be upset. who attack kindness and assault compassion. it takes its toll and that is a toll I have never and will never agree to pay.

may mine be a life of self creation in which I set free those sacred sensations that make every moment an experience worth living and loving.

mine is a spirit inspired path of mystical miraculous discovery where I live my deepest truths as I dance through the light of self love and sacred service.

I remember those days in which with childlike awareness I mindfully crafted a world of conscious awakening that was nourished and nurtured by nature.

for breakfast this morning I poured myself a cup of pure happiness, made myself a plate of graceful glory, had a bowl of genuine self love and finished with a dish of positive intentions.

In gardens of enchantment I like to listen to the heartbeat of heaven and dance to the rhythms of sacred Mother Earth as doing so awakens my spiritual senses and manifests within me a myriad of miracles.

I like to connect with my guides, serve others in need, soar on the wings of angels and give freely the gift of love.

change your mindset and the gifts of the soul reveal themselves, your sacred inner light shines and healing begins.

a soul that speaks bliss is a blessing we are born with which when accessed inspires us to make choices that are based in love.

men are boys are men are boys. I was out walking with my ten year old son along the canal yesterday and when we do this he always stops in his favourite spot to throw rocks into the water. when he did this yesterday I waited til he wasn't looking and tossed a crab apple at him. startled he jumped and toppled over into the canal. he made his way out completely drenched and excited to get home and tell his mother of how awesome his adventure was and that it was all my fault. if this strange time we live in has taught me anything its that youth has a purity, innocence and beauty that transcends and transforms. afterwords he kept saying you should have brought your phone. we could have recorded this... men are boys are men are boys...

beyond the external there are soul illuminating, spiritual awakening and holistically enlightening worlds of radiant wellness where gratitude has an energy and love is a way of life.
