A Meditative Sound Journey Experience

How can we make a positive difference in our lives on beautiful planet earth? By intentionally diving deeply within we will find insights to help us grow in all areas of our personal life journey and our ‘earth walk’. To help us move into a deeply meditative space Ann-Marie Boudreau will be joined by sound colleagues Lucie Brisson and Denise Latulippe. Together they will be taking us on a sumptuous live surround-sound journey experience! Stretch and explore how your body wants to move and release tension within this self-directed experience then let yourself settle and drop down into a deeply relaxed and meditative state. It is in this state that we can connect with deeper insights about ourselves and the world around us. During this meditative sound journey experience you will be surrounded by a rich blanket of exotic sound and soulful vocals while instruments from traditions around the globe are played around and over you. Melodic, sometimes dissonant, the sound journey is created utilizing an intimate knowledge of the chakra system, shamanic traditions and the vibrational nature of our bodies to enhance and deepen the experience. Some have considered this a deep meditation and others a sound massage or a visioning experience. This experience can be used to help us move into deeper personal insights and also as a Stress Reduction for:
* People managing stress.
* Healers that are burnt out.
* Moving into deepening meditative states.
* Deep listening journey.
* Those facing illness.
* Those facing final passage or in bereavement.
