with wholeness of mind and spirit as my inspiration I make the choice each day to create within my home and heart a beautifully organic atmosphere of love that emotionally and spiritually embraces our family with a pure positive energy that is sacred and serene.

I adapt to the challenges of this world by adopting new beliefs that make me adept at connecting spiritually to the adventures of life

there is a smile on the face of my soul that lights my life with love every time I venture out into the world with my highest and greatest selves as my companions.

the more meaningful the relationship you have with yourself is the more beauty, bliss and blessings you bring into the world.

the true glory of life embraces our journey with love when we step into the light of a brand new day with the intention of sharing our gifts, blessings, hopes, dreams, joys and happiness with the world.

I like to read by the pure light of my soul as doing so makes the words sing while improving the quality of my thoughts.

I think that on this day I will say I love you as much as possible. it will be my greeting, it will be my mantra and it will be my gift to the world. I Love You!

I was seeking a better tomorrow when yesterday showed up to remind me of what I had overcome and it was at that moment today joined us and we were embraced by the beauty of the morning sun which enabled me to see tomorrow in the light of a brand new day welcoming me into a bright future of my own making.

I met purpose and meaning for coffee one morning and we discussed things I could do to enrich my life and connect with the sacred. I am having lunch with inspiration and intention this afternoon.

a good laugh can help us to purge. a sincere smile can help us to release. a loving touch can help us to transform. its simple sacred gestures of common goodness that bring us joy and happiness.

while falling awake one night I felt an omnipresent love growing and expanding within which gave me a sense of peace that calmed my heart and filled me with moments of revelation which lifted me toward my divine destiny.

I find that when my thoughts, intentions and actions are heart centered I am able to walk a path of love and kindness which activates my higher self thereby allowing me to focus on my dreams, desires and destiny.

sing a personal soul song in tune with nature and Mother Earth will nurture, heal and nourish in ways that leave you in a harmonious state of divine happiness.

we have within the core of our being a humanitarian spirit that speaks a language of love. dreams become a reality when we embrace that spirit and begin to live a life of deep peace, passion and purpose which gloriously illuminates the beauty of who we are.

inner truth has a genuine love that flows freely and naturally into our lives when we live authentically with the intention of being who we are not who others want us to be.

when life gets to be far too much to handle I hear a divine whisper penetrating my personal space with words of healing beauty that stimulate the soul, embrace the heart and free the mind.

I was playing with my spiritual self in my souls garden when with warmth and passion we decided to invite my heart over to sow seeds of grace, glory, greatness and good fortune.

clarity, purity and peace went out for a walk one day where they met kindness, compassion and love who invited them to come to a place of well being where they could all be their best selves as they lived their best lives.

I am not a political person. If I was I would be bipartisan. I am a creative soul. Therefore I am biartisan. join me and together we will create something beautiful that will embrace all people with unconditional love.

we move forward positively in life when we make the right choices, choices that transform, uplift and fill our lives with love.

deep in the soul rests moments of mindfulness that flow into our lives whenever we take the time to nurture and nourish our spiritual self.

once upon a time there was a girl who could not tell time who asked Father Time what time it was but he couldn't answer because he didn't have time to and it was then she realized that even though time waits for no one she could wait because in truth she had all the time in the world.

give yourself over to your true greatness as you climb the mountain of divine hope and you will evolve spiritually as you manifest a life of blissful peace and boundless freedom.

sometimes I fell like life is a job and I am grossly underpaid. when that happens I make a career change. my occupation today is simply being who I was born to be and comfort, peace and love are my compensation.

when I am beaten down I embrace the generosity of being, when I am broken by lifes struggles I make spiritual choices that inspire wholeness of being, when the darkness blocks my view of the light I shine from within and when all hope is lost I make mine an affirming message of love that initiates significant transformation. no matter what this world throws at me I throw back something pure, positive, loving and sacred.

life composed of love that expresses ones true nature is an all inspiring gift that contributes blessings, bliss and well being to the heart of Sacred Mother Earth.

relax and rest with me in the womb of spirituality where every moment is a divine experience that refreshes, restores and rejuvenates the heart and soul of who we truly are.

I make an effort to bring joy and happiness with me wherever I may go as doing so makes me feel alive in spirit and grounded in love.

the heart fills with love when we connect to Gaia for Gaia is a precious gift and a sacred blessing that opens the mind, body. heart, soul and spirit to the miracle of our existence.

can you really have a snow day when you are already isolated? the answer is yes. so you will have to excuse me while I make some hot chocolate, grab some popcorn and binge watch things that make me happy.

when I choose joy I connect more profoundly with happiness which helps me focus more clearly on the things I love that bring me the highest well being.

do what you love and love what you do and yours will be a higher path of goodness and glory where you experience the divine in every breath you take.

I am drawn to the mystical for it awakens in me magic and miracles that give me a sacred confidence which beautifies and blesses my dreams, desires and destiny.

I was counting my blessings and blessing what truly counts when with intuitive clarity I began to see sacred truths reveal themselves which inspired me to live and love more fully.

I bring peace, love and light with me wherever I go that way I will never be alone and I will always generate positive energy which embraces and enriches my life.

be a greater human being by bringing out the light in yourself and others. do that and you change your life for the better.

I like to give things to people. a kind word, a gentle touch, a warm embrace and more. today I think I will give somebody a reason to smile. what you give to others today?

I packed a bag of spiritual blessings and set out one day with the intention of communicating with people at a soul level by sharing heartfelt truths that would help to create a new reality of liberation, inspiration and transformation. I came home that day with a box of love and a whole new perspective on life.

my brain processes information differently and because of that I struggle with things that may seem simple for others but are earth shattering for me. if you are one who suffers from depression, a.d.d, o.c.d, p.t.s.d ... know that you are not alone. I know you can and will get through this because like me you have gotten through many difficult times. you are stronger than you realize. you have already faced many great challenges in your life and you are still here. I honor and celebrate the beauty of your heart, soul and spirit. I believe in you. you can do this. you are loved.

I found out I could create miracles when I began to with love and care enhance the quality of my life by living my true sacred purpose

express the light and love within as doing so will invoke the sacred which will help you blossom into greatness.

I am in a constant state of sacred flow which has helped me throughout my life to navigate my way to the happiness that is my birthright.

tribal is my soul, ancient is my spirit and eternal is my heart for I am a warrior of light and love born to walk a path of beauty, bliss and blessings.

no matter the darkness, no matter the pain, no matter the hardships I survive because mine is a blessed life and as long as I see, respect, cherish and love that truth I can rise above anything that comes my way.

whenever I achieve one of my hearts desires a little piece of heaven is sprinkled on my soul and I am blessed with beautiful gifts of sacred light and divine love.

I was lifting my humanity above the darkness into the light when I saw my shamanic soul engaged in the highest form of prayer which uplifted, empowered and nourished me with love.

mine is a pathway of light filled with compassionate actions that embrace the sacred heartbeat of life by giving thanks for every breath while sharing messages of love and hope.

there is love in your heart waiting in a field of awareness and awakening to be shared with anyone and everyone because thats what it is there for.

I sometimes hear whispered words of praise from angels, ancients and ancestors that embrace my humanity and immerse me in a deeply spiritual journey of love and hope.

We are Transformative Spirits as Ancient as the Sun

 

we are transformative spirits as ancient as the sun who enhance lives when we live our truth and share our healing intentions.

the key to life is to simply be! be happy, be kind, be joyful, be peaceful, be compassionate, be honest, be positive, be sincere, be caring, be grateful, be wise and be loving.

I heard a spoken prayer emanating from my heart which embraced me with a heavenly peace that inspired me to enhance the quality of my life with blessings of love and light.

once while looking for the good in life I looked in the mirror and saw in my reflection the sacred truth that like every being on earth I was born good and to find that goodness I simply needed to be who I was born to be.

I was living my passions in soul satisfying ways when the sunlight of joy smiled upon me and said with a sacred wisdom that today is a perfect day to be positively happy.

I am a lighter of spirit whose purpose is to liberate, elevate, transform and transcend as I live with joy and love with a poets heart.

a long time ago I made a promise to myself that I would not give up, I would not let others put me down, I would not let the darkness define who I am and I would stay true to myself. it was that commitment which opened my heart and soul to the beauty of life. I am here today because I refused to let myself and others deny me what was rightfully mine - love.

remove self imposed obstacles and free yourself from limitations for by doing so love flows through you more freely which will set in motion a chain of events and experiences that will give life to your dreams.

something beautiful happened recently, my son turned eleven. I remember the days when I thought I would live and die alone. today I am blessed with a wonderful family, home and life. I never believed that anything like this could happen and then it did. never give up because you are worthy of joy, happiness, light and love.

we have learned through this struggle a new way of being. we have discovered what we really need and what truly matters. we have become more aware of whats important. this is another moment in time I will look back on in awe. life is filled with moments good and bad that frame our existence. for me the darker ones were the blizzard, ice storm, swine flu, sars, aids, deaths and suicides... the good ones are Woodstock, the moonwalk, the poets collectives, meeting my wife, having a son... I will look back at this current situation and say hey do you remember covid and then I will do what I have always done which is move forward.

by choosing good thoughts, intentions and actions I am living my best life and loving my true self.

my intention is to uplift, my intention is to inspire, my intention is to share more deeply, my intention is connect mindfully, my intention is to live compassionately and love spiritually. what will you set your intentions to today?

the more positive my vision the better able I am to handle whatever life places before me.

I had to learn how to love for the love of my youth was tainted and broken. I was reticent for a great part of my life to let people close to me for I didn't believe that the caring, kindness and compassion they tried to show me was real. I am telling you this because when I was at the darkest depths of despair and did not care whether I lived or died I let down all my defences which left the door open for people to come in. that was my saving grace. that was what gave me the courage to love myself and allow others to love me. know that you have within you the strength, courage and power to rise above whatever life throws at you. believe in yourself. make the choice to remove self imposed barriers. make the choice to step into the light. make the choice to love and be loved. I am sending you all love, light and positive healing energy. bless you.

I was replenishing my spirit with ancient wisdom when before me I could see my reflection healing into wholeness and at that moment I was embraced by waves of insight and inspiration from the ocean of life which carried me to the shores of bliss.

it may be hard to believe at the moment but this is an age of miracles and awakening experiences for through great struggle we begin to know who and what are truly important to us which deepens our spiritual growth and gives us the clarity needed to see the beauty and blessings in our lives.

when you smile you beam forth your true essence and release the spirit within which is a beautiful blessing of inspiration that nurtures and nourishes humanity.

my journey has been one of spirit in which I have used my unique sacred gifts to touch the heart and soul of others who have in turn through kindness and compassion brought out the true beauty in me and connected it to something greater.
