I am you and you are me and when we are all who we are meant to be it is then that we are truly free.

I like to help others help themselves because that helps me to help myself to be of help to those in need of help in the hope that they will no longer feel helpless.

I have shamanic visions that generate within me a heart expanding energy which embraces me with infinite strands of light that guide me to the glory and greatness of enlightenment.

the isolation and separation have helped me to discover the serenity within which will as restrictions are lifted lead me along a pure positive path of liberation and transformation.

I wake up my humanity with a breakfast of good positive energy which nourishes those aspects of self that embrace life with love.
