each morning when I awaken I rejoice in my awakening for I appreciate the miracle of life and the blessings it bestows upon me.

I like to learn different languages, the language of the heart, the language of the soul, the language of spirit and the language of love.

in fields of possibilities I discover gardens of opportunities that lead me to places of good fortune where I transcend my limitations and open sacred doorways to beauty, bliss and blessings.

every choice I make is a sacred choice, every relationship I have is a sacred relationship and every breath I take is a sacred breath, for I am at my core a sacred being of love and light.

I meet for breakfast each morning with ethics, integrity, morality, mindfulness, compassion, kindness, decency, dignity, common sense and love to discuss how we can create and share the highest quality of life.

I like to celebrate my uniqueness by cultivating well being, facilitating deep transformation and continuously renewing my passion for life.

I am a cosmic soul in an endless ocean of profound pleasure and liberating wisdom whose soul purpose is to love and be loved.

I met passion, spirit and integrity walking down the street one day and I asked them for directions to my destiny and they gave me a mirror and said I was already there.

from every person I meet no matter if they are positive or negative I gain wisdom and knowledge that sparks my vision, illuminates my path, generates goodness and initiates a world of transformation.

it was when I started to live in harmony with my higher self that I began to engage in eminently satisfying activities that manifested happiness.

I was accessing inner wisdom the other day when I discovered pockets of joy and an oasis of inspiration. I think I will look within more often.

I have thoughts, visions and ideas from which I build understanding, awareness and awakening which gives me perceptions and perspectives that nurture and nourish thereby making mine a path of peace and purpose that is positive and profound.

I was waiting for enlightenment one day when a dream which had wings flew by and shouted out that enlightenment is not something you wait for its something you set free for it already exists within you.

if you were to look deep within you would get a glimpse of the mystical which would open your mind, heart, spirit and soul to the true miracle of who you are.

a stream of compassionate consciousness washes over me cleansing my soul and caressing my heart whenever I am blessed by the kindness and love of others.

I have always dared to be different. I have always been me unapologetically. I have always embraced my oddities and shared my quirks. I have always challenged the norm and embraced the strange. I have always no matter how low life became held my head high. I have always waved my weirdness in the face of convention. I have always had the courage to share that part of me that is a bit crazy. I have always acknowledged and never apologized for my a.d.d - o.c.d. - p.t.s.d and depression. I have always been me in spite of opposition. I have always been and will always be exactly who I am supposed to be. I Am Me!

A Heart Educated in Love

 

a heart educated in love helps us to create a happier healthier life of faith, freedom, peace and prosperity.

I am reading a book of conversations between allen ginsberg and William s burroughs. when I am done that I will read the book non binary which is a memoir by genesis p orridge. I like to read every day it takes me away to a place of intelligence and inspiration where I am removed from lifes stress and struggle. I think that after I read the aforementioned books I will read a book on spirituality in the sixties.

poets and sages throughout the ages have inspired me with their words which moved me to share my words with the world with the hope that it would help others. know that every word has within it positive feelings, positive energy and profound love which I am sending to you all.

my a.d.d and my o.c.d. got together with my p.t.s.d. and confronted covid. they told it to piss off and leave me alone because I had enough to deal with. since then I have felt safer and more secure.

I feel the warmth of the sunlight on my soul when I walk a spiritually centered path to a better life that I have shaped with love.

there is goodness within each of us and when we embrace our true selves we free that goodness which creates a flow of positive energy that connects us to ourselves, each other, the earth, the heavens and the source.

I said something that meant nothing but somebody made something out of it that accomplished nothing good which was something I never intended but became something that bothered me greatly because I believed there was nothing I could do about it and then I did something that I thought was nothing but helped somebody see that they were something special which reminded me that I cant live my life according to what someone thinks I have to live it according to who I truly am. thats just something I thought you might like to know.

my life is a healing song. a lyrically beautiful tune that touches the heart and soul. a poetic tale of survival in which pure love and great joy are the reward. my life is a sacred prayer.

when life throws garbage at me I respond by cultivating goodness which helps me to blossom into a being of peace whose spirit is free and whose heart is happy.

I found happiness within the soul of my humanity for it was there I discovered my true self who helped me expand my consciousness and create a life that I could be proud of.

it took me two thirds of my life to believe that love was real and that I was worthy. it took me two thirds of my life to believe that I was real and that I was deserving. it took me a very short time to believe that my wife was real and that she was worthy. it took but a second to believe my son was real and that he was worthy. today we are all blessed to live a life of worth in which we are loved and we are love. it is real and it is beautiful.

the ascension of humanity begins when we as beings of light stand together in harmony and happiness with kindness as our path and love as our purpose.

god and government. why does it seem so often that the people who are supposed to be lifting us up are actually the ones holding us down. we need to let them know that they have lost their way and they need to start serving the greater good which is what they are supposed to be doing. it matters not what our political leanings are or who we pray to because we all have the same path and purpose which is to live a good honest decent kind loving life free of anger hatred and prejudice. humanity and family...

creativity positively charged by compassion and kindness serves humanity divine messages of love and light that connect our souls to the heavens and earth.

I want the story of my life to begin once upon a time there was born a beautiful being of light. I want the story of my life to end with the words and they loved happily ever after.

I come alive in those moments when I am touched by the kindness and compassion of pure positive people who let love flow from their heart and soul into this world and beyond.

every decision we make is a life changing decision which is why I decided a long time ago to make decisions rooted in kindness, compassion, faith and love.

I like to help myself live a better life by filling my mind with positive thoughts and ideas which become actions and intentions that allow the light and love within to flow more freely.

the day my perspective became spiritual was the day my passion for life increased, my purpose revealed itself and I started to make empowered choices that made me feel fully awake, aware and alive.

life is a profound gift so for me the simple act of waking up each morning is a profound experience of beautiful boundless joy.

I have read a lot of books during this past year and a half. biographies, poetry, humour, educational, nostalgia, faith, fantasy, bizarre, strange, healing and more. this week I started a book that is a transcript of a conversation between William S Burroughs and Allen Ginsberg. To hold an actual physical copy of a book in my hand brings me great joy. To turn a page rather than scroll is a blessing. I have listened to a lot of music this past year and a half...

I will find what kindles my fire and I will use it to light the flame of love within which will embrace my life with pure passion and positive purpose.

life goes on during the most difficult times. everyday during this pandemic people have gotten sick from other illnesses, people have died from other things... the crisis has been difficult but when added to the trauma and turmoil of everyday life it has been devastating. you cant turn on the news without hearing about racist attacks, mass shootings, abused children, battered women and more. to survive I have embraced each simple act of kindness, compassionate gesture, helpful action and loving word shown to me with the intention of sharing those blessings with others. life goes on but where I go is my choice and for me its always toward the light.

when I nourish my hungry spirit it awakens the blessings within which breathe love into my life.

I like to live an active life where the actions I take create positive lifestyle changes which free the mind, soul and spirit.

sometimes too much of nothing is too much to handle and you need something to enhance the flow of life and connect you to something sensational and spectacular. for me that something is family and they are something special.

in this time of change and transition it has been the love and healing presence of my wife and son that have not only seen me through it but lifted me up that I may see their true beauty and our blessings.

I grow in confidence when I make positive connections with people of spirit who live in harmony with heaven and earth.

when the language of the soul is loving our life is aligned with the heavens and our world is joyful and rapturous.

my prayers are poetic and positive expressions not of my desires but of my divinity.

every act of kindness and compassion i am shown reminds me of how blessed I am and I fall in love with life which inspires me to act with kindness and compassion toward others.

I love life and life loves me back.

I like to do things purifying and positive that encourage the soul to flourish and increase the possibility of true happiness.
