with divine imagination and pure positive awareness I greet each and every day with love and kindness as my intention.

if we wish to live more mindfully we must first open our minds to the gifts of the heavens and the earth.

I was talking with one of my previous incarnations about how we as sacred eternal beings have failed to make our world a more loving place and she said then we must with each life do our utmost to be better people in the hope that peace, harmony and happiness will prevail.

waters of wisdom flow within our ancient souls creating waves of wonder and divine inspiration that manifest miracles every day.

you are a celestial being whose heart and soul are gifts from the heavens that bless this world with light and love.

your true self is a being of glory and greatness. your true nature is to love and be loved. walk this earth as your true natural self and yours will be a journey of divine inspiration.

it is by watching what others have done wrong that I learned to do whats right. at a young age I was exposed to alcoholics and I said I will never be that. I witnessed abusers and I said I will never do that. it was the darkness of others that inspired me to live in the light. I chose the higher road and was rewarded with a happier life than I could ever have imagined.

I experience joy when I see my wife smile. I experience happiness when I see my son play. I feel my heart open and my spirit rise when I see the true beauty of my family. life is miraculous and I am blessed. this is what I see.

with every knew ailment or injury I feel my age more and more but this does not make me sad, it reminds me of how far I have come and all of the blessings that have enriched my life along the way.

open yourself to spirit as this will awaken you to a clearer life vision where you create transformational experiences that cultivate sweet soulful sacred connections.

kindness from others awakens within me pure unconditional love which I release freely into the universe knowing it will make its way to where it is meant to be.

every day my eight year old son teaches me how blessed and beautiful life really is. he finds joy in places you would never think of. he discovers happiness where you thought none existed. he finds love in each moment and shares it with the world. he is my muse. he is my light. he is my everything.

life is a work of art in progress and every day I make an effort to add colour to my masterpiece.

a profound awakening occurs when you truly listen to the song of creation and make a conscious decision to dance.

there were times in my life where the darkness of mental health and the madness that goes along with it created inside of me a melancholy that denied me any joy. it was when I accepted my role in the drama of my existence and began making positive passionate choices that the light of spirit lifted me into a glorious new world of hope and happiness.

my goal for the day is to create an atmosphere of well being where feelings of wholeness embrace me with uplifting opportunities and experiences of pure positive joy.

I make choices that are spirit nurturing and soul nourishing which align me with my purpose while helping me build a foundation of love.

Compassion Has A Consciousness

compassion has a consciousness and if you listen closely it will guide you to set your intentions to love which will embrace your life with joy and happiness.

today I will think only positive thoughts. today I will only say nice things. today I will do my best to be my best. today I will love myself and others. this is what I will do today.

use your blessings to help others on their path and yours will be a brighter future where you blossom into the beautiful being of light you were born to be.

past life knowledge can give us a present day awareness that will help us give birth to a new reality of sacred understanding and divine love.

in magickal ways I walk his earth as the voice of my heart guides me to extraordinary people of light whose uniquely beautiful spiritual essence inspires me to live my highest and greatest good.

I put my depression on a diet recently and it seems to be working. I am removing as much anger, stress and anxiety as I can and replacing it with kindness and compassion. Since I began this process the weight I was carrying has diminished. I think for breakfast this morning I will feed it love.

I hear and feel spirits. spirits hear and feel me. together we have the most beautiful and profound experiences.

harmony, happiness, bliss, joy and love are not things on my bucket list but things on my to do list which I scatter throughout my day.

every time I say I love you it brings more love into my life. its a simple equation that enriches, empowers and enlightens. I love you.

bring your blessings when you leave the house this morning. bring your smile, bring your kindness, bring your compassion, bring your light and bring your love. bring your blessings when you leave the house this morning and share them with every sacred soul you encounter.

joyful is the journey that makes a difference in the life of not only the journeyer but in everyone they meet.

there are days when a positive affirmation is all I need to get by and then there are days when I need more than catch phrase spirituality from a used karma salesman. I have learned that the greatest self help books are the ones written in crayon by little children. they are free, easy to read and filled with love, light and truth.
