I have seen far too many people pass of cancer. the first time I remember I was but a small child and since then it has been a never ending reality in my life. friends and family all succumbing. from babies to the elderly it is a cycle that has continued. as many of you know both my parents passed around this time of year. this year a number of people I know have left us and at this moment there are more than a few fighting the battle. I am sending love and light to those who are in the midst of this insidious disease right now. you are beautiful. you are precious. you are loved.

I have hope for tomorrow. I choose to believe that the innate goodness of humanity will reveal itself. I make a conscious effort each day to be a better person than I was yesterday. I believe in the glory and greatness of our world. I have hope for today.

it was when I lost everything that I found my true self.

I like to collect blessings along my path. a smile here, a kind word there and a warm embrace around each corner. I like to collect blessings along my path and then share them with everyone I meet.

no matter how heavy our burdens we still have within us the strength and power to lift spirits.

one of the things that has helped me survive throughout the darkest days of my life has been the ability to say no. I have never been afraid to say no. I have said it to parents, teachers, employers, police, politicians and more. while all the self help gurus were telling people to say yes I was saying no. no I won't do that, no you can't do that, no that is wrong, no I deserve better, no not now not ever... NO!

in heart centered truth I say to you that you are special, you are beautiful, you are worthy, you are sacred and you are loved.

I was always that guy that woman came to when they were having troubles with their boyfriend or husband. they would say things like I wish he was like you and I would think I am like me. I realize now that my long wait for love was just the universe educating me and showing me my worth. as soon as class was done I was presented with the love of my life and my world became the world I had always dreamed of.

awaken each day with the intention of accomplishing great things. arise each morning with sharing the love that resides within as your purpose. the choice of how to live your life is yours. awaken and arise.

for me every day has been a hard day on Sacred Mother Earth but by learning to love myself I have not only lightened the load I have also manifested moments of pure positive energy that have helped me to blossom and flourish.

I have never really searched for meaning. I have instead made a conscious effort to give meaning to everything I do.

as I awoke this morning I heard the goddess singing and was reminded of the blessing that is the sacred beauty and truth of the divine feminine energy which flows throughout our world.

there are a myriad of benefits to loving and believing in yourself yet for some reason we find it difficult to do so. it is easier for us to believe in others and share our love with them then to offer ourselves the same courtesy. take the time today to show yourself the same kindness, compassion and love that you show others. you are worthy. you are deserving. you are special. you are unique. love who you are.

free yourself that you may journey down a path of joy and find heaven on earth.

we are here to help each other. we are here to serve each other. we are here to love each other. this is why we are here. start living up to your destiny. we are here for a reason.

my nine year old came home yesterday upset because some kids had taken his bike threw it around and hurt his feelings. I wandered the streets until I found them. I explained that they didn't have to like anyone that they didn't like, they didn't have to play with anyone that they didn't want to play with and they didn't have to be friends with anyone that they didn't want to be friends with. then I told them that you never touch anybody, you never take their stuff and you never be mean. after that I said to the main troublemaker come on we are going to your house. why he asked. so I can talk to your parents. why do I have to come he said. I replied I can just call the cops and they can talk to your parents. he complied and we went to his house. I knocked on his door and his father answered. I told him what happened and he apologized and told his son to get in the house and that they were going to talk about this all night. when I got home the rest of the boys were across the street and I was calmer so I went over and had a less intense conversation with them. before I left one of them had trouble with their bike as the chain had come off and was stuck and they couldn't fix it. so I took care of it and they went on their way. I then went home and made my son dinner and told him that I loved him. I am a dad. I did my job. I love my job.

express goodwill and good things happen that reveal the goodness in others thereby contributing to making life something good.

I awake with the morning sun, I am aware of the light that shines from my soul and I am alive with sacred beauty for I am an angel on earth in the process of actualizing my divinity.

imagine a life of unlimited joy where waves of spirit bathe you in celestial light and then go out and do your best to turn those truths into realities.

illuminate your life with openhearted kindness as you step into your dreams for the world is a better place when the story of our soul is one of compassionate friendship and common humanity.

I have no problem with the rich getting richer. I have a problem with the poor getting poorer. I have no problem with living the dream. I have a problem with stepping on others dreams. I am tired of politicians pretending democracy exists. I am tired of them taking Money away from healthcare, education and combatting climate change. I am tired of being told the money has to come from somewhere when multi billion dollar corporations have tax havens... they also have laws they created themselves that protect them. there is plenty of money for all the social programs... the problem is that it is in the hands of greedy bastards. it is in the hands of madmen and monsters. I have no problem with reaching for the top. I have a problem with them throwing their garbage down on us when they get there.

I have an esoteric interpretation of and an ethereal perspective on life that helps me find the peace and freedom necessary to live thoughtfully, lovingly and spiritually.

nurture your natural gifts by walking a path of compassion where you contribute positively to humanity every time you love and believe in yourself.

the more ecologically literate we are the greater the possibility that we can return our world to the enchanted garden it once was.

my son is nine going on forty. every day I watch him grow and evolve into a loving blissful being of light. I am sixty one going on thirteen. every day I see myself transform and transcend into a beautiful sacred being of love. we are father and son. we are family. we are free.

this is a time of great change in which I heal into wholeness as I reach higher levels of reality where I encounter the holy as the sunshine of my sacredness embraces me with love and kindness.

I opened the doorway to new reality which revealed a direct path to a mighty river that flowed freely into an ocean of awareness where the universe was waiting to purify my mind, body and soul.

A Greater Reality is ours to Create

a greater reality is ours to create. change is a choice we all have to ability to make. let us on this day embrace new ways of being. let us give ourselves permission to live our greatness and glory. a happier world is ours to create.

why do we always have to be cornered and have no choice but to react before we figure out that we can do this. it was when I had given up completely on life that I let my defenses down and began to experience the things that I had denied myself for so long. it was this realization that carried me from the darkness to the light. these days I make a conscious effort to not block my own path, to listen to my heart and to get out of my own way. you can do this. I know you can do this. I believe you can do this.

with careful intent I walk along eclectic pathways where deep sacred experiences awaken the soul, open the heart and rejuvenate the spirit.

run with me free and happy through majestic meadows where miracles grow and the light of the sacred sun reveals all the beauty that exists in life.

by loving and accepting yourself you foster spiritual growth which embraces your life with blessings that nurture, nourish, enrich and enlighten.

I was a broken man staggering through life upset and angry when one day I wandered into an alley of angst and saw my soul crying. I asked if there was anything I could do to help and they said let it go. at that moment it dawned upon me that the weight I was carrying was not only a burden to me but also to my heart, soul and spirit. I decided then and there to lift the weight off my shoulders, let it go, leave it behind and move forward into the light of a brand new day.

self love carries with it a wisdom most sacred that helps us find freedom within while inspiring us to live the life we were born to live.

I saw things in my childhood I can't unsee. I did things in my youth I can't undo. my response to these things as an adult has been to do my utmost to be a good person who lives a good life that serves the greatest good.

we purify our soul when we feel good about ourselves. we elevate our spirit when we love ourselves. take a moment on this day to give thanks and show gratitude for the glorious being of light that you are.

I create miracles every day. I pet the cat and she purrs. I tickle my son and he laughs. I embrace my wife and she says I love you. I create miracles every day.

my journey through life has been a rewarding one because every experience whether good or bad I saw as an opportunity to expand and grow.

from a very early age I focused my intentions on not being them. I made it my purpose not to live my life the same way that those who called themselves family lived theirs. I have managed through struggle and hardship to do so. it has taken a long time but I can say with confidence that I am living a life I can be proud of.

I lost my innocence when I was young and thought I would never see it again and then one day I found it playing in a sacred grotto with my inner child and they invited me to join them which immersed me in love and light.

the soul is a loving empowering infinite blessing that adds meaning to our lives when we breathe in its beauty.

embedded in the core of our being are healing energies which flow freely into the world when we walk a path of pure positive purpose we can be proud of.

sing a song of spirit and dance toward your destiny as you fully embrace the joy and beauty of being you.

nurture the spirit and nourish the soul as doing so will manifest the positive thereby making yours a more enlightened future.

Grateful am I for the Miracles in my Life and Thankful am I for the Blessings in my Life

grateful am I for the miracles in my life and thankful am I for the blessings in my life.

I am tired of hearing the words those people. I have grown weary of those who cannot see beyond their own ignorance. I am sick of the constant barrage of racism, sexism, hatred and homophobia. we all have one thing in common which is the desire to live a happy life in which we can provide for ourselves and our families. yet instead of embracing what we have in common many of us choose to embrace stereotypes with a misguided misanthropic stupidity that is hurtful and harmful. just stop. for today just stop. if but for a moment just stop because another thing we all have in common is that like those we look down on we too have people staring down on us and saying look at those people.

being of service serves my being in ways positive and profound.

I had a homeless person ask me if I had any change and I shared with him a tale of hope and happiness in which I arose from the same position he was in and walked into a new reality of light and liberation. the change he wanted would have lasted but a second I chose instead to bless him with words of wisdom that for him could bring about transformative change.

the dance of life is spiritually liberating when we can see, feel and experience the true miracle of our existence in each breath.

I delight in everything when I am in a spiritual way of being for that is my true natural way.

I was visited by awareness this morning who introduced me to angels who inspired me to connect with awakening who got me in contact with ascension who embraced me and said everything is going to be alright.

live completely in each moment with the knowledge that you are an emissary of all that is sacred and that you journey into wholeness when you live your truth.

gently nurture those parts of yourself that are alive with love as this will have an impact on your life that is positively transformative.

I was painting the sky with positive energy when an angel appeared and blessed me with a higher purpose which was my intention for painting to begin with.

I am a man of extremes. I am either really funny and loving or intense and upset. I expect certain things from people and when it is lacking I react either flippantly of angrily. I expect honesty, I expect, honor, I expect common sense, I expect decency, I expect integrity. I don't want your money, I don't want you to follow me, I don't want you to like me if that is not how you feel. I just want you to act in a manner that is neither harmful or hurtful. I am bothered by people who are intentionally mean, self serving and spiteful. I am upset by those who make no effort to be a better person. I have my faults as do we all. the difference is I am always trying to do the right thing. I have my triggers but I have no gun. instead I have a sincere desire to heal and be happy. it is the same desire I have for others. so today let us all see if we can just make our way through our day with kindness and compassion. let us use our common sense to embrace the common good. let us just be nice thats all. just be nice.

stop a moment and let yourself feel the flow of spirit within for it has a life transforming energy which will embrace your true nature while inspiring you to cultivate the life of your dreams.

I was talking to Mother Earth the other day and she told me that I needed to pick after myself, help my brothers and sisters, take better care of myself and to show more love for all the blessings that she has bestowed upon us all.

you are the breath of life and yet you struggle to breathe freely. embrace who you truly are and let the glow of your greatness unfold naturally along your path and into your life.

let us walk in kindness along a path of purification to the tree of dreams where together we can bring forth the healing light of happiness.

I know you are hurting but I am not going to give you a crystal and tell you that it will all disappear, I know you are struggling but I am not going to pull a card and tell you that sunshine is on its way, I know you are going through hell but I am not going to look at your aura and tell you that I can help you better colour code your life. what I am going to do is listen to you, speak to you and share with you truths that will help you on your journey. what I am going to do is help you see the choices you have made in the past that have negatively impacted your present. what I am going to do is help you to understand the roadblocks you have put in your way. what I am going to do is show you through my own examples and experiences that no matter how far into the depths of hell you have fallen it is possible to rise. what I am going to do is share with you my light, love and wisdom. what I am going to do is show you the true beauty of who you are. what I am going to do is help you get out of your own way and then watch you take those first steps to a heaven of your own making. I know that you have beauty, bliss, joy, happiness and divine goodness within you for I can see it in the eyes of your soul.

I was exploring higher realities that purify the soul when I saw hope on the horizon which inspired me to engage in acts of love and kindness.

I make an effort these days to walk hand in hand with my soul and spirit for they help me to feel love in every moment and happiness in every breath.

A Blessing of Liberation that Embraces the World

articulation of thoughts, feelings and intentions is a blessing of liberation that embraces the world with the song of our soul.

you do not want to be the person at the fair or festival who says to me I have the cure for diabetes, I have the cure for autism, I have the cure for cancer... because I will and have on many occasions tore them a new one. fakes and frauds whose lives are built on lies are easy to tear down. I can offer you ideas to help with things but I am not a doctor and unfortunately there are many who will in fact take medical advice from somebody who took a weekend workshop on intuition instead of someone who went to medical school for ten years and has practiced medicine for twenty. if you want a kind word and a shoulder to cry on come to me. if you want the cure for muscular dystrophy you have come to the wrong place.

every word I write carries with it my energy. relax, breathe in each consonant, open yourself to each syllable and let the positive energy of each sentence enter your ethereal existence. every word I write carries with it my love.

if you want to ignite your spirit and access your souls wisdom you must simply get out of your own way. we sometimes miss things in life because we are too busy building barriers which block not only our view but our ability to enter into worlds within our reach.

people come to me all the time wanting to know what something means. there are readers who will tell them what they want to hear. they will say this is what this means for you. in fact they are telling them this is what this means to you. which also isn't accurate because this is what it means to the reader . they do this for a paycheck. I have no agenda and seek not compensation. I therefore take the time to talk to the people and help them discover things they might have otherwise missed. then they are better able to tell me what these things mean to them.

I had a woman come to me once who had written a book on peoples encounters with angels. after talking for awhile she said to me I wish I had some encounters with angels. I said to her what about when this happened and this and this... you could see the look on her face change as she realized that she did in fact have many angelic encounters throughout her life. sometimes we can see in others things we can't see in ourselves. it doesn't mean they aren't there it just means you haven't noticed them yet. take a deep breath. look in the mirror and see who you were, who you are, who you will be, where you are going, what is within your reach, what is around you and what has always been there. look closely and you will see that miracles await you.

I let love guide me and it led me to the life I had always dreamed of.

I was bathing in a stream of miracles that washed away my worries and wrapped me in waves of love which cleansed my heart, soul, body, mind and spirit.

when I think of who I was then and see who I am now I realize how truly blessed my life is.

how will you shape your life today. I will shape mine spiritual reverence, empowering energy, unconditional love, kindness, compassion, the highest intentions and the greatest good. how will you shape your destiny today.

a butterfly fluttered by me and I was embraced by the transcendent reality that life is a miracle to be explored and experienced.

I live my life in service to spirit even when it doesn't serve me well for I know that within it are seeds of transformation that will eventually lead me into the light.

I am happy when you are happy for you are worthy of all the happiness life has to offer.

I was pouring out love and letting in light when I saw unfolding before me a path of ascension which I am positive will lead me to my home in the heavens.

I have in my time looked down on people who have wronged me and that did not serve me well. these days I look for the highest good in people and that has helped me greatly to heal my wounds.

hold sacred those moments in life that accelerate your awareness and awaken your aliveness.

I know miracles happen because I am alive. I know miracles happen because I am loved. I know miracles happen because I am happy. I know miracles happen. I know.

As a child I went to the school of hard knocks and learned only things that were hurtful and harmful. As a young man I was home schooled and learned how to be isolated and alone. today I am a student at the sacred school of life and I am learning how to live, laugh and love. education is our birthright and I have chosen at this point on my journey to listen and learn about those things necessary to make me happy.
