I am Stronger than my Struggles

 

the longer this struggle continues the more determined I am to do those simple sacred things which bring joy to my life for I know and believe that I am stronger than my struggles.

sometimes it is our own thoughts that torment us and if we change those thoughts from negative to positive we can improve our quality of life.

there has been a lot of darkness the past couple of years but in our home we have stayed strong and healthy because we have from day one remained open to the light.

journey into the heart and soul of who you are for within each and every person there are bountiful blessings waiting to be embraced and shared.

you are a being of grace and glory infused with love whose heart centered actions make the world a better place.

there is a halo over my heart that brings love into my life and lets me know that I am an angel on earth.

I live in the moment unless the moment is unpleasant then I move forward to a place of peace where I create a happier healthier moment.

create, cultivate and celebrate the life of your dreams by being the uniquely beautiful blessing you were born to be.

great is the generosity of those who are sincere for sincerity is a blessing that creates pathways of truth to places of transformation.

I am not one who holds on to joy. I am one who joins joy in a dance of life that celebrates freedom and peace.

the morning sky beckons me to bring beauty to the world by touching the heart of humanity with hope, happiness, honesty, compassion, kindness and love for all.

express yourself in loving ways that open hearts to the true beauty of who you are which is a sacred being of love whose essence and presence are a blessing.

the day I let my heart speak my life began to change from one of darkness into one of light.

to be truly free is to truly be who you were truly born to be.

the god within met the goddess within while walking a path of light and they talked of how they could help themselves and others create more joy in the world.

I pray at the church of sacred mother earth for the day we birth into being a kinder more compassionate world of peace, freedom, understanding, hope, faith, happiness, generosity, gratitude, glory, spirit and love.

by making my own happiness I am contributing something positive to the world for when we are happy we create a flow of loving energy that radiates out into the universe profoundly impacting peoples lives.

life is a sacred song and love is a divine dance with both being blessings which when activated, liberated and celebrated make the world a better more beautiful place.

I Begin Each Day by Breathing in Peace

 

I begin each day by breathing in peace, joy, hope, positive energy, natural wellness, freedom, inspiration, serenity, basic goodness and love. then I exhale ethereally and breathe in again and again and again....

join me on the porch of peace in the garden of life where we can watch butterflies of spirit flying on wings of freedom accompanied by the sounds of nature laughing and singing in celebration of all that is good in the world.

a long time ago I was wallowing in a bottomless well of self pity when I heard the silent whispers of the sacred echoing from within my heart and soul with a message of hope and healing that gave me the courage to be happy which I am today and will be tomorrow...

I sing christmas songs in harmony with the heavens accompanied by a choir consisting of angels, ancients and ancestors.

I like to reach into my heart as often as possible because there I find things that help me to grow spiritually and live happily. things like peace, joy and genuine kindness...

I like to give unique gifts on christmas. gifts that help you see things differently. gifts that challenge the imagination. gifts that confuse and confound. gifts that push the boundaries. gifts that amuse and excite. gifts like me.

the gifts I open this christmas will be gifts of the heart, gifts of the spirit and gifts of the soul which will make this holiday season one of beautiful blessings that bring happiness to my home.

I am lifted by peace and grounded by prayer as I cultivate happiness by being a sacred source of goodness that lives each day in a thoughtful mindful way.

its reached a point where instead of going to a concert, seeing a movie, visiting a gallery or going to a museum for a night out has been replaced by getting groceries. my hope for the coming year is that I can leave the house mask free and do the things that in the past have given me great joy. I wish that not only for myself but for each and every one of you. merry christmas and a hopeful happy new year.

I Found My Spirit Roaming Free

 

I found my spirit roaming free in the woods once and joined it on a path of significant change where together we helped ourselves and others create a day of sacred beauty in which miracles were moments manifested by our love of life.

the covid crisis has fanned the flames of madness for many but for me I have never tried to put out the fire but instead have done my utmost to control the fire and not let it control me. so this christmas I can warm myself by my fire while being who I truly am and compassionately contemplating how I will shape the year to come.

if you could just for one moment share a simple sincere smile that would be of great comfort and create for me positive thoughts which would fill my day light.

I knew I was a real man when I realized that I couldnt fold a fitted sheet or properly wrap a christmas present yet still continued to do it poorly without apology.

our dreams are better served when we fill our days with light and love.

I have a vivid memory of treating myself with kindness and being rewarded with moments of spiritual goodness.

I have never desired to live in more expensive ways but I have always desired to live in more expansive ways which has helped me to plant seeds of change and sacred purpose throughout my life.

my hearts desires became manifest when I became master of my own destiny.

you are a blessing of light and love. believe this truth and you will begin to discover your bliss.

its not that miracles are on the way which will save us its realizing that they have always been here waiting to be seen, heard, acknowledged and accepted.

the simple yet profound revelation that I had within me the power to create something better is what helped me to rise from the ashes of my struggles into the heavens of my heart.

all I want for christmas is what I already have which is a wife, a son, some friends, a house, a home, a cat, a nice neighborhood to live in, a book to read, food on the table and love in my heart.

for me the tree of life has always been a christmas tree on which I hang ornaments of hope, happiness, joy, kindness, peace, freedom, wisdom, well being and love.

self love and acceptance are divine blessings we can bestow upon ourselves that will raise our vibration and lighten our load.

my intentions are always compassionate, caring, pure and positive which has helped me to create a sweet gentle life of true love and happiness.

mine became a greater life when I began to approach it with greater love.

the greatest gifts I have received in my life were not purchased at a store but forged in the hearts of people who ride the waves of life with kindness and compassion.

I heard the sound of ancients and ancestors dancing in the heavens to a sacred song which inspired me to dance upon the earth with the ones I love to a song of faith and freedom.

What Is Your Message

 

what is your message, does it touch the heart, does it embrace the spirit, does it bless your journey, does it light your way, what is your message. mine is I love you.

the early morning sun creates within me a natural flow of energy that flows into my day freely and awakens the world around me to the true sacred beauty of life.

I once heard my soul sing a song that inspired my heart to dance and made my day one of pure joy and happiness.

to be positively present in any given situation is powerful beyond measure.

there exists within each of us something sacred and beautiful which unfolds into our lives when we remove blockages such as negative thoughts and feelings.

I bathe in rivers of revelation, streams of exultation and oceans of transformation which awakens my humanity while making every moment sacred.

we are children of light and by lovingly shining that light on ourselves and others we create waves of pure positive energy which make this shamanic dance called life something blessed and beautiful.

be generous with your heart. be generous with your spirit.be generous with your soul. to be generous is to be happy and that is a gift that generates love. be generous with your life...

no matter which way you go do your best to make sure it is a way of love and light as this will make yours a much brighter and more beautiful world.

my christmas memories for a great part of my life are not happy ones. when I first met my wife it took awhile for me to accept happiness as something real. gradually she helped me to appreciate this time. today I put up the christmas decorations the day after halloween. today I spend friday and saturday nights with my wife watching syrupy hallmark christmas movies. today I accept gifts because I am able to accept myself. today I have a child who makes every day a holiday. today I make memories that are miracles. today I am happy. ho ho whole! there is a light shining from the heart of every one of us which when followed brings us joy and leads us home to our true sacred self.

you have the heart of an angel for you are a sacred soul whose very existence is a blessing to be celebrated and cherished.

its not that I have expanded my horizons, its that I have embraced my horizons and let them light my way on a journey beyond this place.

as I get older I treasure each moment I am alive for i realize how much I have been through, how much I have survived, how much I have experienced, how much I am blessed and how much I am loved.

I Walk A Peaceful Path

 

I walk a peaceful path in which my mind wanders to places of pure thought that embody blessings which help shape my reality into one of faith, hope, happiness and freedom.

if you can be a source of light not just for others but for yourself you can manifest your dreams, desires, hopes and visions.

miracles for me are motivation and the people I love who love me back are the greatest miracles in my life.

I will do my best on this day to make choices that positively impact myself and others.

we evolve upwards when we remove obstacles because once the things blocking our progress are cleared away we are able to recognize our true self which helps us to grow spiritually.

raise your self esteem and you liberate your spirit which awakens the blessings within. everything you do to improve yourself creates a positive change reaction.

let your actions be a soul healing prayer that elevates you to a higher level of happiness.

open the mind, open the heart, open the spirit and open the soul for the more open we are the easier it is to let in the light and see with clarity all the blessings in our life.

with clear intention you can create a better life by showering the world with those blessings that make you a beautiful being of light.

I caught my true self embracing my sacred self and gave them both a big hug which made my whole self quite happy.

always look for something good no matter how bad the situation is for the simple desire to discover good in the darkness will bring you light.

I love those simple serene moments when the pure joy of love makes one feel alive, free, blessed and in harmony with the heavens and earth.

no matter how ugly things get outside there is always beauty within.

healing and wholeness have always been my friends it just took me awhile to open my heart and let them in but once I did my life changed in gentle loving ways that brought me joy.

guided by spirit and infused with love I set out on this day with a peaceful positive attitude and a sincere desire to give and receive as many blessings as possible.

the higher our vibration the more healing our adventure and the greater our ability to serve humanity.

the life I have is the life I deserve and the reason I have this life is because one day I looked in the mirror and said I deserve better than this which moved me to change my path, alter my plans and propel myself forward into the light.

we imprint our energy on everybody and everything we come in contact with which is why I do my best to make sure that my energy is as positive as can be.
