in was in the heart of darkness that I found the soul of greatness which shone a light of spirit on my sacred path and led me to a happier destiny.

we assume that the light will free us from our troubles but there are times we have to change the light so that we can see better those things that really truly matter.

self love and compassion are blessings that inspire positive changes which open us to the joy of who we are while setting us free.

I don't have a bucket list I just have visionary moments of beauty and brilliance in which I make choices that help me create a happier life.

beloved are they who walk their path in soulful ways that cultivate love and help the world heal for they are messengers of inspiration and transformation.

mental health problems are not something to be ashamed of. I wear mine proudly for they have taught me much. there reservoirs of light within my darkness that help me expand and grow. I speak openly about my struggles for I have survived. we who are broken, battered and bruised are in fact warriors of spirit. we are courageous beings of love who should be respected. to all who suffer I say to you that I honor your every breath and celebrate your every step for you are a miracle. bless you all.

Within The Core Of My Being Is A Temple Of Love

within the core of my being is a temple of love where I pray for those who struggle through life that they too may find the happiness that is their birthright.

I raise my vibration with good intentions and am rewarded with a heart that is happy and a soul that is soothed.

the fires of life no longer burn me, instead they warm my heart and soul. I see within each flame visions of what this world could be and I am filled with hope. the fires are within me and together we light the way to a better tomorrow.

I do not lead by example. I lead by struggle. the battles I have been through have given me wisdom. the scars I have acquired are filled with insight. the pain I have felt inside has made me more compassionate. lifes trials, tribulations, hardships and tragedies have made me kinder. my lessons were difficult but the education I received has helped me to help others. I do not lead by example but I am an example of what happens when we rise above our misfortune and live our true sacred destiny.

I discovered the sacred when I discovered my true self.

we shine brighter when we stand in the light of our true sacred self and use our innate gifts to cultivate awareness and inspire positive change.

I was sitting in the cafeteria at Sheridan college yesterday morning having breakfast and playing Tetris while students and faculty walked about. there was a buzz in the air that radiated hope and happiness. there was an artistic atmosphere that painted a picture of dreams in progress that I found inspiring. youth when motivated are immeasurably enriching. I look forward to the day when my son walks the halls of academia with his own portfolio of dreams, desires, hopes and visions.

the spirit is liberated and the soul awakened by the bountiful beauty of Mother Earth and Father Sky.

joy awakens within when we as beings of spirit release the loving energy of our sacred heart into the world.

journey through this day with the knowledge that there is a rainbow light within each of us that connects heaven and earth.

today for breakfast fill your bowl with love and eat heartily as this will connect you to the universe and enrich your day with blessings.

you are loved. even if you can't feel it you are loved. even if you can't see it you are loved. even if you don't hear it you are loved. even if you are not experiencing it you are loved. even if you can't imagine it you are loved. I know this for I love you you. the heavens love you. life loves you. you are loved.

I take a moment each day to talk to myself from a past life so I can be aware of where I have been and choose better where I am going.

I awoke next to my true nature this morning and we talked of our common passions as we embraced the day with love, laughter and a sacred state of bliss.

my house is a house of love infused with inspiration where beings of light live in harmony and happiness.

you are an absolutely wonderful and beautiful being whose presence positively transforms this world. look closely at your life and you will not only see your blessings but you will also see those who have been blessed by your presence in their lives. you are a miracle to be cherished.

I was walking in the clouds one day when I came upon an angel who told me how they had been watching over me all my life. I asked why they had let me suffer so much and they said that they were there to watch over me and not to live my life for me. I was also told that they in fact sent many signs that they were there and scattered blessings along my path. they reminded me of how the darkness I had been through led me to the light. they showed me that had I not had the struggles that littered my existence I would not have met my wife and we would not have had our son. I smiled and said thank you. I was walking in the clouds one day when I was enlightened.
