a greater reality is ours to create. change is a choice we all have to ability to make. let us on this day embrace new ways of being. let us give ourselves permission to live our greatness and glory. a happier world is ours to create.

why do we always have to be cornered and have no choice but to react before we figure out that we can do this. it was when I had given up completely on life that I let my defenses down and began to experience the things that I had denied myself for so long. it was this realization that carried me from the darkness to the light. these days I make a conscious effort to not block my own path, to listen to my heart and to get out of my own way. you can do this. I know you can do this. I believe you can do this.

with careful intent I walk along eclectic pathways where deep sacred experiences awaken the soul, open the heart and rejuvenate the spirit.

run with me free and happy through majestic meadows where miracles grow and the light of the sacred sun reveals all the beauty that exists in life.

I was a broken man staggering through life upset and angry when one day I wandered into an alley of angst and saw my soul crying. I asked if there was anything I could do to help and they said let it go. at that moment it dawned upon me that the weight I was carrying was not only a burden to me but also to my heart, soul and spirit. I decided then and there to lift the weight off my shoulders, let it go, leave it behind and move forward into the light of a brand new day.

self love carries with it a wisdom most sacred that helps us find freedom within while inspiring us to live the life we were born to live.

I saw things in my childhood I can't unsee. I did things in my youth I can't undo. my response to these things as an adult has been to do my utmost to be a good person who lives a good life that serves the greatest good.

we purify our soul when we feel good about ourselves. we elevate our spirit when we love ourselves. take a moment on this day to give thanks and show gratitude for the glorious being of light that you are.

I create miracles every day. I pet the cat and she purrs. I tickle my son and he laughs. I embrace my wife and she says I love you. I create miracles every day.

my journey through life has been a rewarding one because every experience whether good or bad I saw as an opportunity to expand and grow.

from a very early age I focused my intentions on not being them. I made it my purpose not to live my life the same way that those who called themselves family lived theirs. I have managed through struggle and hardship to do so. it has taken a long time but I can say with confidence that I am living a life I can be proud of.

I lost my innocence when I was young and thought I would never see it again and then one day I found it playing in a sacred grotto with my inner child and they invited me to join them which immersed me in love and light.

the soul is a loving empowering infinite blessing that adds meaning to our lives when we breathe in its beauty.

embedded in the core of our being are healing energies which flow freely into the world when we walk a path of pure positive purpose we can be proud of.

I am tired of hearing the words those people. I have grown weary of those who cannot see beyond their own ignorance. I am sick of the constant barrage of racism, sexism, hatred and homophobia. we all have one thing in common which is the desire to live a happy life in which we can provide for ourselves and our families. yet instead of embracing what we have in common many of us choose to embrace stereotypes with a misguided misanthropic stupidity that is hurtful and harmful. just stop. for today just stop. if but for a moment just stop because another thing we all have in common is that like those we look down on we too have people staring down on us and saying look at those people.

being of service serves my being in ways positive and profound.

I had a homeless person ask me if I had any change and I shared with him a tale of hope and happiness in which I arose from the same position he was in and walked into a new reality of light and liberation. the change he wanted would have lasted but a second I chose instead to bless him with words of wisdom that for him could bring about transformative change.

the dance of life is spiritually liberating when we can see, feel and experience the true miracle of our existence in each breath.

I delight in everything when I am in a spiritual way of being for that is my true natural way.

I was visited by awareness this morning who introduced me to angels who inspired me to connect with awakening who got me in contact with ascension who embraced me and said everything is going to be alright.

live completely in each moment with the knowledge that you are an emissary of all that is sacred and that you journey into wholeness when you live your truth.

gently nurture those parts of yourself that are alive with love as this will have an impact on your life that is positively transformative.

I was painting the sky with positive energy when an angel appeared and blessed me with a higher purpose which was my intention for painting to begin with.

I am a man of extremes. I am either really funny and loving or intense and upset. I expect certain things from people and when it is lacking I react either flippantly of angrily. I expect honesty, I expect, honor, I expect common sense, I expect decency, I expect integrity. I don't want your money, I don't want you to follow me, I don't want you to like me if that is not how you feel. I just want you to act in a manner that is neither harmful or hurtful. I am bothered by people who are intentionally mean, self serving and spiteful. I am upset by those who make no effort to be a better person. I have my faults as do we all. the difference is I am always trying to do the right thing. I have my triggers but I have no gun. instead I have a sincere desire to heal and be happy. it is the same desire I have for others. so today let us all see if we can just make our way through our day with kindness and compassion. let us use our common sense to embrace the common good. let us just be nice thats all. just be nice.

stop a moment and let yourself feel the flow of spirit within for it has a life transforming energy which will embrace your true nature while inspiring you to cultivate the life of your dreams.

I was talking to Mother Earth the other day and she told me that I needed to pick after myself, help my brothers and sisters, take better care of myself and to show more love for all the blessings that she has bestowed upon us all.

you are the breath of life and yet you struggle to breathe freely. embrace who you truly are and let the glow of your greatness unfold naturally along your path and into your life.

let us walk in kindness along a path of purification to the tree of dreams where together we can bring forth the healing light of happiness.

I know you are hurting but I am not going to give you a crystal and tell you that it will all disappear, I know you are struggling but I am not going to pull a card and tell you that sunshine is on its way, I know you are going through hell but I am not going to look at your aura and tell you that I can help you better colour code your life. what I am going to do is listen to you, speak to you and share with you truths that will help you on your journey. what I am going to do is help you see the choices you have made in the past that have negatively impacted your present. what I am going to do is help you to understand the roadblocks you have put in your way. what I am going to do is show you through my own examples and experiences that no matter how far into the depths of hell you have fallen it is possible to rise. what I am going to do is share with you my light, love and wisdom. what I am going to do is show you the true beauty of who you are. what I am going to do is help you get out of your own way and then watch you take those first steps to a heaven of your own making. I know that you have beauty, bliss, joy, happiness and divine goodness within you for I can see it in the eyes of your soul.

I was exploring higher realities that purify the soul when I saw hope on the horizon which inspired me to engage in acts of love and kindness.

I make an effort these days to walk hand in hand with my soul and spirit for they help me to feel love in every moment and happiness in every breath.

A Blessing of Liberation that Embraces the World

articulation of thoughts, feelings and intentions is a blessing of liberation that embraces the world with the song of our soul.

you do not want to be the person at the fair or festival who says to me I have the cure for diabetes, I have the cure for autism, I have the cure for cancer... because I will and have on many occasions tore them a new one. fakes and frauds whose lives are built on lies are easy to tear down. I can offer you ideas to help with things but I am not a doctor and unfortunately there are many who will in fact take medical advice from somebody who took a weekend workshop on intuition instead of someone who went to medical school for ten years and has practiced medicine for twenty. if you want a kind word and a shoulder to cry on come to me. if you want the cure for muscular dystrophy you have come to the wrong place.

every word I write carries with it my energy. relax, breathe in each consonant, open yourself to each syllable and let the positive energy of each sentence enter your ethereal existence. every word I write carries with it my love.

if you want to ignite your spirit and access your souls wisdom you must simply get out of your own way. we sometimes miss things in life because we are too busy building barriers which block not only our view but our ability to enter into worlds within our reach.

people come to me all the time wanting to know what something means. there are readers who will tell them what they want to hear. they will say this is what this means for you. in fact they are telling them this is what this means to you. which also isn't accurate because this is what it means to the reader . they do this for a paycheck. I have no agenda and seek not compensation. I therefore take the time to talk to the people and help them discover things they might have otherwise missed. then they are better able to tell me what these things mean to them.

I had a woman come to me once who had written a book on peoples encounters with angels. after talking for awhile she said to me I wish I had some encounters with angels. I said to her what about when this happened and this and this... you could see the look on her face change as she realized that she did in fact have many angelic encounters throughout her life. sometimes we can see in others things we can't see in ourselves. it doesn't mean they aren't there it just means you haven't noticed them yet. take a deep breath. look in the mirror and see who you were, who you are, who you will be, where you are going, what is within your reach, what is around you and what has always been there. look closely and you will see that miracles await you.

I let love guide me and it led me to the life I had always dreamed of.

I was bathing in a stream of miracles that washed away my worries and wrapped me in waves of love which cleansed my heart, soul, body, mind and spirit.

when I think of who I was then and see who I am now I realize how truly blessed my life is.

how will you shape your life today. I will shape mine spiritual reverence, empowering energy, unconditional love, kindness, compassion, the highest intentions and the greatest good. how will you shape your destiny today.

a butterfly fluttered by me and I was embraced by the transcendent reality that life is a miracle to be explored and experienced.

I live my life in service to spirit even when it doesn't serve me well for I know that within it are seeds of transformation that will eventually lead me into the light.

I am happy when you are happy for you are worthy of all the happiness life has to offer.

I was pouring out love and letting in light when I saw unfolding before me a path of ascension which I am positive will lead me to my home in the heavens.

I have in my time looked down on people who have wronged me and that did not serve me well. these days I look for the highest good in people and that has helped me greatly to heal my wounds.

hold sacred those moments in life that accelerate your awareness and awaken your aliveness.

As a child I went to the school of hard knocks and learned only things that were hurtful and harmful. As a young man I was home schooled and learned how to be isolated and alone. today I am a student at the sacred school of life and I am learning how to live, laugh and love. education is our birthright and I have chosen at this point on my journey to listen and learn about those things necessary to make me happy.

I was out for a walk the other day when a car turned into my while I was crossing the intersection and then beeped and yelled even though I had the right of way. one day I held the door open for a woman and she snapped at me because as she said I can open a door myself even though she knew my intent was to be polite and courteous. I was asked by a homeless person for money the other day and I was carrying none so I politely said no and they got ignorant and aggressive. society as a whole has a massive chip on its shoulder and a need to share it freely and offensively. this is the world we are leaving our children. its time to take the chip off your shoulder. its time to take the cork out of your ass and let some air get to your brain. its time to grow the fuck up. I should finish here by saying have a beautiful day but I am sure that somehow that would offend somebody. nonetheless have a beautiful day.

I was talking to my true essence about peace and wellbeing when I heard whispers from my heart telling me to just be myself and walk my path in loving nurturing ways as this would attract all the bliss, beauty and ecstasy I would ever need.

it was my true self that liberated my authentic self and introduced me to my sacred self so that I could be my best self.

gratitude, kindness, compassion, awareness, insights and blessings are the sacred truths I use to guide me toward higher realms.

I was talking to someone who was texting somebody who was googling a person who used social media to communicate with people who spoke only in acronyms and emojis.

let it be our mission if just for today to express thoughts and feelings that serve humanity in a way that guides us up a sacred mountain of love to an ethereal source of light.

It seems harder and harder to find good news these days. so I have decided to look at the blessings in my own life and shares those stories. stories about my sons brilliance and beauty. stories about the academic accomplishments of my wife. stories about love and laughter. stories about sweetness and compassion. simples stories like my nine year old continuously saying to me - you're a good dad. the top story today - I am loved - its a good news day.

I carry with me always mystical visions which I share with those who seek my guidance for I know that within each vision is a source of light that will illuminate for them pathways of positive change.

we are artists of the spirit, painters of the soul, writers of wisdom and builders of beauty. our life is a masterpiece in progress. our creativity is a celestial gift and the world is our canvas. it is our karmic destiny to make miracles. we are artists in residence. on this day let us create something beautiful.

I was afraid to leave the house and then I went outside. I was afraid to face my fears and then I looked them in the eye. I was afraid to share my heart and then I opened it to love. the quality of my life improves every time I face a demon, stare it down, push it aside and move forward.

I was being good which felt so good and that it attracted much more good into my life which inspired me to make a sacred commitment to serving the highest and greatest good.

helping others has helped me strengthen and heal my heart and soul.

I miss not my childhood because it was stolen from me and replaced with a knowledge of things no child should be aware of. toxic wisdom is a burden that batters innocence and replaces it with fear, loathing, isolation and anger. it has been the beautiful blessing of having a child of my own that has given me the opportunity to see the miracle that childhood is supposed to be. I am taking full advantage of the opportunity I have been given to embrace my child with pure positive loving wisdom from which he can shape a sacred reality of joy and happiness.

we are continuously bombarded by the media with negative images and stories about people we admired and respected doing awful things. this onslaught of sexism, racism, homophobia ... weighs heavily on us all. I have stopped letting this bring me down and instead used it to take a good look at those people in my life who are loyal, honest, faithful, kind, courageous, positive, compassionate and loving. when I am done doing that I look in the mirror and I see a good man.

when the choices I make come from a place of kindness and compassion I I attain an understanding of my higher self that embraces me with healing light and love.

I awoke one day to the realization that I had the ability to help others awaken. I became aware one day that I had the power to guide others along a path of awareness. my souls journey has taught me that life is better and more beautiful when we are awake and aware.

nourish and nurture those parts of yourself that are unique, authentic, sincere, honest, pure, positive, sacred and loving.

we create an overflow of pure positive experiences when we with love and compassion make it our purpose to generate bliss.

the deeper my depression got the higher I reached not realizing that the climb I needed to make would begin right in front of me. sometimes the darkness in our lives obscures the beauty and blessings within our reach.

with intention and inspiration may we walk a focused path of sacred life experiences in which we embrace the highest and greatest good.

something miraculous happens when we without restriction and free of boundaries open our heart to all that is sacred.

I experience peace when I do things that are heart centered and I experience joy when I do things that are soul based for I realized early on in life the immeasurable value of my heart and soul.

psychic read thyself. we sometimes forget as practitioners that the work we do on others we can also do on ourselves. when I started out I prayed, I did firewalks, I engaged in drumming circles, I smudged, I read my own cards, I scryed, I talked to spirits and I immersed myself in self healing rituals. over time I became so involved in helping others that I neglected taking care of my own spiritual needs. the combination of carrying others peoples baggage and neglecting my own took its toll. one day when the weight got to be too great I began to slowly integrate back into my life those rituals that soothed my soul and led me down a path of self healing. practitioner help thyself.

you are a being of love so on this and every day simply be who you are.

I was talking to acceptance about living in awareness when we were awakened by the beauty of assistance and the truth of acknowledgement.

light the way ahead for others by lighting first the way ahead for yourself because we are better able to help others when we take the time to truly help ourselves.

my divine purpose and my sacred calling showed up at my doorstep this morning with gifts of possibilities and opportunities. my job is to simply open, explore and take full advantage of them.

I have people come to me all the time asking why things are not working out even when they have done the right things, said the right things... I then ask them simply to describe themselves which they cannot answer easily. they seldom say I am a great person. I am wonderful or I am glorious. instead they say things like I guess I am okay. people seem to think I am special... they have this need to qualify anything they say about themselves that is remotely good. this uncertainty is in many ways harmful. without even knowing it they are raising walls instead of building bridges. look in the mirror and say I am great, I am wonderful and I am glorious. respect yourself, accept yourself, believe in yourself and love yourself. be unapologetically who you are.

those days when my life is filled with epiphanies are the days in which I journey to the heavens and then return home with a basket full of blessings to sprinkle along my path.

wondrous are the possibilities that embrace us when we rise above our misfortunes and reach into the heavens of our destiny.

there is a sacred chest of treasure within each of us which when opened fills our lives with healing wisdom, compassionate awareness, pure consciousness and the freedom to be who we truly are.

I am divinely broken and from the shards of my shattered existence I have created a mosaic of moments, manifestations and miracles that make my life a masterpiece.

I went to the bank of life yesterday and transferred energy from my savings account into my soul account, deposited light into my spirit account and invested love into my heart account. wealthy are we who secure our future with those things that are sacred.

I was explaining to my imperfections one day that they were not faults or weaknesses but were instead parts of my essence that make me authentic, unique and special.

you need not seek inspiration for you are an inspired creation who therefore has the ability to inspire yourself by living your truth and transforming your dreams into realities.

in my life whenever I have been chastised for being me I have responded by defiantly expressing my true natural self without apology for I am who I am and need not your acceptance or approval.

embrace the miracle of your true natural self and you will discover incredible gifts that touch the heart and inspire you to build a foundation of praise, gratitude and love.

I am happy with myself when I engage in compassionate actions that ignite within me the flame of spirit thereby warming my heart and elevating my soul.

every time I return to someplace I have never been before and once again experience things that have never happen before I am reminded that we have all been here before and will return yet again.

I know I was born to shine for the light of the universe is within me and my true spiritual nature is calling me to share it.

seize the moment but don't squeeze too hard. give it the freedom to flow and the room to leave an imprint of love.

You Have the Ability to Rise from the Ashes and Heal Yourself

when I am feeling down I uplift myself for i learned a long time ago that I have the ability to rise from the ashes and heal myself.

soul esteem and self esteem were playing with my inner child when they invited me to join in their game of pure perfect love.

I was walking the high road when I saw my higher self doing the highest good which inspired me to continue to live my highest truth.

I had a doctor at a psychic fair tell me that he had cured diabetes. I said if that is so why aren't you rich instead of doing a small town fair. I had a christian group sprinkle my booth with holy water before the event I was working even started. when I found out I went and asked them where they got the water and who blessed it. then I told them if they had asked I would have let them bless it but instead they acted like gutless cowards. I also told them that I could have put a curse on their booth but I didn't because mine is a higher path to heaven. I tell you these stories not as an indictment of the prejudice and ignorance of people but to remind you that these things rather than deter me from following my path in fact inspired me to walk joyously toward the light.

I am neither saint nor mystic but I am a being of light whose love flows freely from heart to soul with the intention of embracing each breath as a miracle.

the representation of practitioners of spirit on television and in the media is ridiculous. people think that ghost hunters on tv know what they are doing. any show I have seen is b movie. its the Scooby gang running around. most peoples contact with the spirit world is with a loved one not a scary monster. its less about hauntings and more about spiritual manifestations. also self help gurus are all over especially during pledge weeks. these are catch phrase messiahs. they write books that say nothing about things they know nothing about. we are inundated with fakes and frauds simply out for a buck. it makes it difficult for those of us who are honest and wish only to serve the highest good. when choosing who to look for when you are in need of guidance, support, healing... look for those who instead of be self serving like to serve selflessly.

I have a positive vision of the future which I spread throughout the darkness with the knowledge that it will seek out those in need of hope and raise

when spirit calls I serve where I can when I can. when my open heart whispers I love you, I answer and I love you. when the soul blesses me with flashes of bliss I joyfully accept. life is filled with gifts and treasures for those who are paying attention and willing to receive.

pure true psychic work is poetic and positive. it is a blessing that enhances, enriches, empowers and enlightens. it is a divine treasure that serves the greatest good. it is important that we as practitioners when living our calling do so with honesty and integrity.

I hear people say during a crisis that we see the best of people when times are difficult. I hear them say that after a disaster the goodness of people reveals itself. why can't we do our best and share our goodness every day. why does something bad have to occur for our humanity to make its way to the surface. today and for the rest of your life walk a path of kindness, goodness, caring, compassion, integrity, honor common courtesy, decency, dignity, love and light.

the art of living is a masterpiece in waiting. paint yours with positive purpose. the art of loving is a sacred sensual portrait waiting to be created. life is art and you are the artist.

a parent rolls a ball to a baby and the child grabs it with their left hand. the parent takes it and puts it in the right hand because they feel life would be easier for them if they were right handed. a student tells the career counsellor at school that they want to be an artist and the counsellor tells them thats not realistic that they should pursue more reasonable options. a worker tells an employer that they have thoughts on how to improve production and the employer says that they are not management material and should stick to labor. many of us feel lost and don't know why. the reason is because our whole lives we have been told by others how to act and who to be. we have been told this so often that we have forgotten who we truly are. the time has come to live your truth, to listen to the voice within, to pursue your passions and to be who you were born to be. live your greatness, live your glory and be who you truly are.

with blessings and grace I approach this day knowing that by putting love into everything I do I can live a life of healing, happiness and higher purpose.wait not for miracles. live what you love with a clear heart and an open mind as doing so will not only attract miracles but also create within you a place they can call home.
